44 West is the best dental office around. Never had a bad experience and always leave feeling good. The support staff has EXCELLENT customer service. The environment is clean, bright, updated and welcoming. The hygienists are super friendly, gentle with your cleaning, and make you feel totally relaxed. The dentists are all incredible. Each one is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and they don’t waste time! All around TOP NOTCH! I would never go anywhere else.

Does anyone really like to go to the dentist? 44 West provides the highest level of professional and courteous customer service. They take care to address all your concerns and ensure that you do not have to return more often then necessary. My hygienist is so gentle cleaning my teeth I go 3 times a year. I brought my son to this office after he was injured in a sporting event and had damage to some of his front teeth. He wasn't even an established patient at this office yet, but we had been looking for a dentist closer to home and 44 West came highly recommended from other people that we knew who were patients here. The staff were wonderful! They were able to get us in very quick to take care of my sons teeth, were extremely kind and patient in dealing with his apprehension, and very thorough in explaining our insurance benefits. They also let me come back with my son, which is a huge plus for me as a parent.

In my opinion, it is difficult to find a dentist that is talented, dedicated, passionate, and honest. I recently moved to another area in Grand Rapids creating a search for a new practice. I was so fortunate to find 44 West. The initial call created a level of comfort. The staff answering the phone were more than accommodating for all my questions. I scheduled my initial assessment , they let me know to allow two hours. I was a little bothered and skeptical about the amount of time. However, I was beyond surprised with the thoroughness of the appointment. Part of the appointment was dedicated for the dentist to sit and talk in order to provide for a personal experience. All the assistants, hygienists, billers and appointment setters are extremely friendly. To be honest, I am surprised that I can write such a review. I highly recommend this office for your dentistry needs, it truly is an exceptional practice.

44 west is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. From start to finish the entire team is absolutely wonderful. My husband and children have a ton of dental anxiety and everyone at 44 west makes them feel so comfortable. As a dental professional and educator, I have a pretty high standard for who provides care for my family and myself. I cannot say enough good things about the team here! Highly recommend 44west!!

I have been a patient at 44 West Dental for literally 50 years. My daughter drives from Chicago to continue as their patient. The staff is caring, professional, but most important does impeccable work. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed in any aspect of the wonderful service they provide. All of the dentists & staff are simply the best.

My wife and I have been patients of 44 West Dental since they acquired the practice from our former provider We have always been well served as the entire staff is highly competent and professional. They are constantly aware of patient comfort strive to put the patient's needs first always. I recommend them highly.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Seriously the nicest people ever, and so patient and understanding for adults who do NOT like the dentist. I used to go way too long without going to a dentist because it always gave me panic attacks, but this office has been so amazing that I've actually been keeping up with appointments. The office is incredibly clean. Front desk is beyond kind and always available to assist with any questions. All dentists and hygienist are beyond great at what they do and helpful in all their explanations! I have 3 kids who are so comfortable going because of the level of care provided. My husband and I have really enjoyed our experience with 44 West Dental Professionals. They are, by far, the friendliest staff I have ever worked with at a business and make you feel valued and cared for. Their communication in and out of the office is clear and consistent.
