Today was my first time here and everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have really debilitating anxiety and I just really appreciate them being patient and understanding and also not being freaked out by my honesty. I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist but now I feel more comfortable to continuously keep up on my health. I really appreciated the help and service today. (:

I had an amazing experience at caring dentistry, the nurses were amazing as well as the whole medical staff that work there. The doc was open about everything that needed to be done to get my smile back. Because of them in due time I'll have my custom gold fangs fitted correctly to help bring out the real me again. Had a dental emergency today and was dentistless as of Jan '23, from an insurance change. Called these guys and they had me in by 3, same day, and was able to reduce my pain pretty instantly and explained the entire thing to me. Dr. Nehal, Chelsea, and the person who took my original call, were fantastic. I think I found my new dentist 🤞

The receptionist shouldn't be working here. They don't explain things to you. . They try and charge you for services you haven't even gotten. This place is a mess not to mention the shard of tooth still in my gum from an extraction. Should have left this garbage heap whatever fast food place it was before it became a so called dentistry the inactive drive thru is also a nice touch... 0 stars

The best I have ever taken my kids to since I've had children. They listen and take really good care of their patients.

Terrible experience from the moment I walked through the door complaining about verifying my insurance ...to the point of leaving with the same tooth pain and being told they couldn't find anything on the x-ray. Floss and come back for cleanings in a couple weeks and maybe in time we'll find the source of pain. I'm living on Tylenol, instant tooth relief medicine and a hope that my next day off I can find a dentist that can help. If your reading this... Avoid this experience and try another dentist. Update ... I went to bright side dental and explained what happened. They found a cavity in my x-ray. Couldn't believe it was missed.

The first time I was there was very nice. The women working the front desk were absolutely 💯 % amazing, I say that because I went in needing a tooth extraction and they fit my, I did what needed to be done from me, the insurance and boom, I was sloted and waited. When it came to pulling the dentist was very nice. But then I noticed that he didn't stitch it. He said he doesn't need to. My last one was done they stitches. This one didn't. So I guess drynsocket, a horrible infection. Went back in he cleaned out my tooth and them made I KNEW it was food. I never once said anything about that. I asked if he was going to stitch it, they said yes. He gets to me and he has dry socket next to him on a tray didn't really say much. I asked him to stitch it. THE STICH CAME OUT THE SAME DAY! I mean, i went to uofm gull of students and they stitches my mouth perfectly. I meant to take my lip ring out (I mentioned it to his nurse and she even did exrays and didnt tell me to remove it. I'm disabled and completely forgot given that I have fevers 3 different infections. One being the tooth. The stitch substances ring kept getting caught in the lip ring, I then again said I can take it out. He seemed frustrated with me and just said don't worry about it. The last place I went was a teaching college and they got me in and out it hurt like a sun of a gun but best stitch job I ever got. Now the pack he purchased on my mouth is coming out and I dont know if that's normal because they aren't open .. on a Friday. I am on antibiotics from when I went to urgent care. The office did give me a tooth socket syringe to clean with warm salt water. But when I went to do that my stitch came apart and the gel like substance that I'm assuming he packed it with is now coming out. F* great 👍

I had issues with former management and former tenants that work there they did some work that was unacceptable come to find out however Mercedes and Dr. Shimmami are absolutely amazing!!! So patient and respectful I felt like a pain, they didn’t complain once! Very honest about former administration making mistakes and being dishonest to me as a patient. He remembered me from a year ago. Very great people. I will only allow those two people to work on my teeth for the rest of my life. VERY thoroughly checked each and every tooth in my mouth and was completely forthcoming! Dr. Shamammi has totally gained my trust working alone and being so up front and honest with me. A very stand up crew. I truly trust my smile in their hands now more than ever. He was the best employee they had before truly wish he did all the work himself before!!

My mom has state Medicaid and the only place they take this card for adults, so we went to the first day and made appointments for next week on Monday. They treat us well, so that’s the reason we made another appointment for this Monday, 11/15/2021, at 11:00 am. So when we went there, they made us wait 45 mins in the lobby. We didn’t mind it, but the main reason for giving them 1 star is when they call us inside, we are like just 1 hour maybe be my mom, and I have worked at 1:30 pm. That’s why we made an appointment in the morning, so we done at 1:30 pm. But instead of doing my mom's fillings, they numbed her and Took three patients. At this time, we’re like, I’m waiting. I even let one of their assistants know that I’m staying here it’s been 2 hours, and I’m late to work, can I know how much time it will take for the doctor to come! But she said maybe 20 minutes, bruh, 30 minutes late. I saw the doctor go to another room instead of us. When I asked an assistant member, and I was telling her we’re waiting here been 2 hours and now we are both late to work is there anyone come, or we’re going now. She took us to the front counter and told Us to reschedule. For real, we waited 2 hours. Instead of calling the doctor, they make us reschedule. So I told the lady we didn’t need to reschedule not going to Come back. The things that make me wonder they don’t like to react; it’s like everyday things to them. They used to it.👎🏼
