Kimberly was so kind! You can tell that she has a really sweet soul… she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She kept a conversation going as well!
Dr. Mason was also very sweet! He made sure I was comfortable as well. This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had!

Going into the office of painless dentistry was very pleasant. The girls upfront we’re very helpful very polite and really great at getting you in and when it came time to check out getting you out as quickly as possible. Dr. Mason great guy. He takes time to explain what is going on as far as procedures or anything you need. Technician TY very awesome man I don’t like going to the dentist, but Mr. TY made my visit, so awesome he has a great sense of humor, great personality. He just makes you feel so comfortable that you actually like to go to the dentist. What a great team! Thank you for making my experience with. painless Dental so easy and fun!

Anna is the BEST. Always has a smile, always makes me feel comfortable and always makes me hate the dentist a little less! Dr Mason is also my go-to. He explains everything ahead of time and I appreciate his positive attitude and quickness. The reception staff is busy but helpful and always flexible and kind when I need to make changes. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I have no complaints!

Kimberly and Dr. Mason made it so that I had a very pleasant teeth cleaning experience. She answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations, making me feel comfortable during my visit. This place is amazing and helped calm so many fears for my daughter. We have known she needed braces and she was terrified, but Erin Z. at the front desk assured her she would be in good hands and that she was! Harley and Kimberly did an amazing job cleaning her teeth and explaining how the procedure would go with the ordontics part of it and then sitting down to discuss payments with Staci made it seem like a breeze. I can't say my daughter is thrilled with the idea of getting braces now, but she is definitely feeling a lot better about it! Thanks team!

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Mason and Kristi are amazing. I came in to have extractions and I was nervous (bad prior dental experience). Kristi talked me through everything and put my mind at ease. Dr. Mason took great care of my extractions and not even two weeks later I feel amazing. 10 out of 10 will DEFINITELY recommend!

Kimberly is awesome. She is very personable and made getting my teeth cleaned easy. I cannot forget about Christy she has been great assisting me with my temporary crown not once but twice. She was able to give me a temp crown that will last until my permanent one next week. Let me also give props to the office manager whose very sincere understanding of what it takes to think about a patient’s interest. I will be a heavy advocate for Painless Dentistry of Lansing
