When you are forced to scheduled your dental appointment in March for the end of August because of how busy they are you expect them to keep that appointment. Well here that doesn't happen. I was called the Friday before my Thursday appointment letting me know that the hygienist I was scheduled to be with had decided to become a stay at home mom. Awesome for her. They could no longer have me come in for a cleaning but they could offer me a records appointment if it would work for me to come in 2 hours later than originally scheduled. I declined and she seemed surprised and then responded we had offered you two earlier appointments when people cancelled. First off the first one that they offered was under two hours later; where I work leaving with that little notice is not an option. The second I was on vacation out of town so not really a viable option either. This was after when originally scheduling the appointment I was made to feel bad because it had been so long since I had been in 2019. We lets see I was supposed to go in about 2 weeks after the shutdown started in 2020. Then I was not comfortable going for a while. I know this place has scheduling issues; others I know that use them have had trouble as well. I am not saying that they don't offer nice service but it is such a nightmare to get in it is not worth it in my opinion.

Everyone at Lakewinds Dental Centre is very kind and caring. My wife and I are both regular patients there. When my wife broke the off the back of a tooth recently, they got her in right away. Dr. Schlueter was very gentle and caring. He repaired the tooth and made sure that it felt right before sending her on her way. We love this place.

The dentists and their staff are great! I had a tooth that had become diseased long before I came here. My previous dentist couldn't see anything on xray. So nothing was done about it. Even the jaw developed issues. I ended up having oral surgery with a bone graft from Lakewinds. They did a great job. And they made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure I recommend them for dental problems and yearly maintenance.

Both my husband and I liked the place. But lately it is not possible for them to keep our cleaning appointments. And somehow it’s never their fault- the hygienist left, you’re not in the schedule because the hygienist left and the hygienist schedule hadn’t been available - yada yada yada…
2 cleanings - which the health insurance would have paid- we couldn’t get this year because of their not working scheduling system.
Time to find a new dentist!

My son had first cavity filling yesterday at Lakewinds and was beyond nervous. From the moment we arrived at the appointment he was put at ease by every single person at Lakewinds. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes…and the best part is he said the process was a piece of cake. The entire team at Lakewinds is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!

My dental hygienist Sophie was so very thorough and efficient, she explained everything, she doesn’t know this, as I didn’t share it with her, but I’ve always dreaded dentist visits even just cleanings, but she definitely changed my mind today. She was excellent!! All the staff was so helpful and very clear in explaining everything, and today was probably the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had! Thanks Sophie!!

Lakewinds Dental Centre and the staff are absolutely amazing!!! They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and having a good experience. I used to fear the Dentist but I do not anymore. They have done amazing work on my teeth and I'm so grateful to have them as my Dentist. Definitely reccomend Lakewinds Dental Centre!!!
