Alpha Omega Dental Center

Moving to Marquette it was interesting to find out what dentist I should go to. It's clear that Alpha Omega is the place. I’ve been to dentists in both Escanaba and Powers and because of poor experiences, I assumed all dentists were the same. I asked many people about what dentist I should see and it was unanimous that Alpha Omega was the place that I should go to. Dr. Wiggins had such a confidence, rightfully so, that it put me at ease and I was able to loosen up for my crown. She is also the first dentist to get me completely numbed from only ONE shot rather than a bunch from other dentists. It can't be stressed enough the difference that a good dentist makes. I was even asked what my favorite beer was just because I waited longer than she intended, which was essentially just normal amount. I'm excited to be a patient and no longer anxious to go to appointments.

Dr. Wiggins and her Team are what all dental professionals should emulate. She was our family dentist for many years and when we moved away; she was still there to help us. She keeps her knowledge and skills up to date and exceeds your expectations.

I not the type to just give 5 stars for nothing. I'm picky. So take my word, I highly recommend. They got me in fast, no nonsense or excuses that too busy,etc. The customer is put 1st. They did what I asked and had great customer service with friendly staff.

Dr. Wiggins and her team provide unmatched service and attention to detail. I appreciate their holistic perspective that puts a focus on health and longevity. They have turned "going to the dentist" into a very positive experience that I look forward to. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Wiggins and her staff are phenomenal. I've read many reviews about disgruntled patients upset with scheduling. Well, this is a trying time we're in and we shouldn't expect everything to go exactly as planned every single day, there will be hiccups in life. Her staff is well trained and extremely polite. Dr. Wiggins herself is absolutely wonderful. I love her more holistic approach and the holistic 'medicine' she endorses and sells! Great team and after many visits, I felt comfortable enough to openly stand in her corner and recommend anyone to do the same!!

I have been going to Dr. Wiggins at Alpha Omega Dental for 25+ years, and she is absolutely the best dentist there is! I 150% trust her with my health, teeth and smile! Her whole staff is friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Very calm and welcoming setting- and literally treat you like family💞 I wish I could give them more than 5 stars- they are the best!

Dr. Wiggins is an astounding dentist! Her work is fantastic and I never left her office feeling unsatisfied with the care I received. If you need a doctor and staff that you can trust to give you the best possible treatment, trust Alpha Omega!

I am always satisfied with the care that Dr. Wiggins provides during my visits. She explains things in a way that I understand so I can take better care of my teeth/gums/mouth. She is very knowledgeable and is very good at her job.

Started here after our dentist of 20 years suddenly retired. On the fifth red flag, I walked out of the appointment bc I was uncomfortable with the Doc giving me a shot in the mouth without greeting me or letting me see her eyes, during covid mask wearing times. She sent a letter stating that she sees 100's of patients. I sent a letter back stating that I understand she struggles bc of high staff turnover but starting a medical procedure without allowing the patient to see you is never ok and I was shocked that's how she chose to shave time off of her patient care and her day. Do not recommend.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I saw that this dental center only had a 1 star review and I was completely shocked. Please do not judge this place by what is written in the other review. Dr. Wiggins is extremely personable. She, and her entire staff, have always treated me kindly and with respect. I preferred this place so much to the other places in Marquette that I switched my entire family over. Dr. Wiggins knows what she is doing. She is completely professional, and does an excellent job. She will take the time to fully explain what she plans to do for you if you don't fully understand. On top of that, they work with you even if you have a crazy schedule. I often get stuck working past when my shift is supposed to end. At other dentists, they have policies that state if you don't show up a few times they will just drop you as a client. This clinic has worked with me, and has been understanding of my insane schedule. You are always greeted with a smile. The office is always completely clean. There is not enough good I can say about it. Don't think twice. Schedule an appointment and see for yourself.
