Very professional and kind. Up to date equipment and a full staff great hours, and I really don't like the dentist. That is before my experience with Aspen Dental.

I went there for the first time today and probably won't be returning. I called yesterday to schedule a semi-emergency appointment, as my regular dentist would be out for several days. They originally scheduled me for yesterday at 4 o'clock, then the office called right back and said that the call center (yes, the phone number is a call center) triple booked the appointment and asked could I come in today, first thing, at 8am. I jumped on it! I got there a little before 8:00, and had to wait almost 10 minutes to be checked in, due to their "morning huddle". Then, they take 12 individual xrays of my mouth, plus 2 that didn't take, plus the one that swirls around your whole head. I must glow in the dark! After that, I finally get seen by the dentist, he wants me to have 4 teeth pulled, then add a bridge and/or 3 crowns, when all I need right now is a broken tooth removed. He wouldn't let me talk, had major attitude, and just kept lecturing me about infections and payment plans. He was *very* rude. Then the little assistant comes in, touches a bunch of stuff in the cupboards and drawers, plays with the mouse and computer for a minute, then, bare handedly put all the dentist's tools together. When I asked her to wash her hands and please do all that again, she said, "I just washed my hands", but did as I asked. She was not very happy about it. Then, I had to wait, in between other patients (all the while thinking I actually had an 8am appointment), to get the tooth extracted. I waited so long, the novacaine had actually just begun to wear off by the time he got to me. He pulled the tooth, very roughly, gave the new assistant (I never saw the other one again) her finishing instructions, and left. No "how are you? You okay? Any questions?" Nope. Nothing. Tooth out-Gone. He didn't even give me antibiotics, after all that stuff about infections. He didn't even ask if I felt I might need pain meds. I finished up in there and headed home. Asked to come in at 8am, left a little after 11am. Damn. When I did get home, my jaw was very swollen, more than ever before (including a 5 wisdom tooth extraction in one day), and the corner of my mouth was and is very, very sore. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they got me in so quickly and finally did what I asked, even though he was overly rough and quick about it.

TL;DR: Dr's bedside manner sucks. All they seemed to want was to make as many appointments out of me as they could, when all I needed was a broken tooth removed, because my regular dentist was out of town. Not very sanitary. Plus, they ALL complained about working until 10:30 the night before. Wah. Suck it up. Welcome to the real world.

Made an appointment over the phone to have a problem tooth extracted. Got to the appt. Told the receptionist i was there to get a tooth extracted, told
the woman doing exrays I was there to have a problem tooth extracted that had been causing a lot of pain. Sat through the entire xray and periodontal screening. When i asked if they were going to pull said tooth the dentist told me "thats not going to happen today we close at 6!" There was a miscommunication. I left very upset and still in pain. I finally had another opportunity to make another appt two weeks later. They pulled the tooth and the dentist told me to take asprin or tylenol for pain! The next day I wokr up in a lot of pain with a ton of facial swelling so I called the office to see about getting a prescription for a mild pain reliver such as tylenol 3 and a strong ibuprofen. The woman said she would talk to the Dr. and get back to me, I called back over three hrs later after not hearing from them to be told the Dr. had approved the prescription and he was writing it out right then. I live 45 min from the office. So I asked if it could be called in. Get to the pharmacy and they have a prescription from that Dr. with my Sarah not Sandra as the patient! So I had to wait while that was straightened out also while still in pain. Finally I get the prescription and he only wrote one for the tylenol not the ibuprofen as she said he was going to. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again and will urge others to avoid it also!!!! So dissapointing since their weekend and extended hours made them a good fit for me.

The new dentist is very thorough and actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. Would highly recommend him. The office itself is very clean and everyone is so pleasant!

Such a personal and professional staff.
I was impressed with how extensive my exam was. I love that their digital x-rays are a lot less invasive than the old x-rays therefore giving them anymore images & angles.

Very friendly and great staff, I hadn’t been to the dentist for at least 4 years. Every one I seen was upfront and concerned about my problems. Excellent staff!
