I was expecting to have to miss the better part of the day at work due to my broken temporary crown. On top of that I had to refill my premeds and had an issue at the pharmacy. Long story short, not only did it take less than 30 minutes to replace the temp. it was the most painless dental proceedure I have ever had. ... teeth cleaning included! I rate my experience a 10!

Their office administration is the worst. I requested specific notes be added to my family’s records which were disregarded. At the beginning of the pandemic they told me that they were charging $15 per person per visit for additional ppe and that most insurances were not covering those fees but would be due at the time of the visit. Now I’m leaving them. I called and left a voicemail requesting a return phone call because I had questions and they email me a form that I wasn’t even asking about and no phone call back. They clearly can’t follow directions.

I really enjoy coming to this office! Everyone is so kind and caring. They do a wonderful job when it comes to cleaning teeth. I have very sensitive gums and they make sure to address that and take there time with what they are doing. I never feel like the appointment is rushed.

On my first visit, I was convinced that I needed a crown on a tooth that had never bothered me - big mistake. I had a crown put in that never fit - and after a year, finally got a second one put in. And it still isn't right. Changed insurance and will be getting to a new dentist soon.
In the same time period, my daughter (8 years old at the time) was given a filling that fell out before a year was up. Ouch.
And we are still working out a bill that the insurance company approved as a claim when I called in January, but I am still being billed at home after 3 months - hoping this doesn't affect my credit rating.
On the plus side - it was easy to get appointments!
We only went there because of Aetna insurance through MSU, but we are both really unhappy with our experiences.

I went to my appointment a couple weeks ago and the receptionist was talking to someone on the phone when I got there so I just sat and waited for her to finish. I sat for at least 5 minutes before she finally hung up the call. Instead of checking me in, she proceeded to make ANOTHER phone call as I just sit in the waiting room. A few minutes later she’s off the phone again, but still won’t acknowledge my presence. I was already nervous enough about the appointment and now it’s 10 minutes past my appointment time and I haven’t even been checked in yet!!! I left and will never return.
