Great office, the front desk staff is very friendly and the scheduling went smoothly. Communication is great! Dr. Su is very professional and personable. He took the time to explain the abnormalities during my exam. There was no pressure to jump into expensive procedures. Would highly recommend this office.

Amazing people from the front office staff to the dentist. Everybody made me feel welcome and right at home, my anxiety cleared right up within minutes of meeting everyone. I’m very much looking forward to going back and getting my health back. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I can never get through to them over the phone. They are really nice in person but once you leave the office don’t expect to talk to anyway. I had a tooth extracted about a month ago. The socket is completely healed but I am still experiencing pain like when I had the tooth ache. I’ve been calling trying to talk to someone for about 4 days now. I even talk to someone through the emergency line and they have yet to return my call. I will be looking for a new place to go.

I tend to be scared of dentists & have avoided them since the start of covid
My avoidance caused me so many years if seemingly unnecessary pain ..they managed to alleviate it in one appointment.

Been here twice now. Best dentist around. He’s kind of moody but what do you expect. He’s a dentist and probably doesn’t like seeing such bad teeth come in. 2 teeth pulled today. I was very high strung and nervous. All the staff treated me very well with no complaints. I did warn them I wasn’t comfortable with dentist but rest assured I was taken care of. The dentist wasn’t too rough and appeared to be very caring and understanding.

Consistent at canceling appointments, sending prescriptions to wrong pharmacy, and doing absolutely nothing for dental emergencies. Switched here after our amazing dentist in Ithaca stopped taking our insurance. Worst experience EVER.

I have gone to montrose dental for a very long time I use to see Dr. Daood and I absolutely loved him and my kids liked him . I started see the new dentist really liked him as well but unfortunately I have had to move out of the area and am currently going to a new dentist and I have been calling montrose dental since 11/22/22 to get my dental records sent over to my new dentist and they still have not done it for me. I have been calling since 12/15/22 and have left numerous messages and even emailed and have not received any answer. I have had to cancel many appointments with my new dentist cause he needs my records. I need dental work done and can’t get it because they don’t answer the phone and they don’t return calls. So I am just waiting to hear from them. It’s going on three months now…

One of the few places that take Medicaid who actually treat patients like patients opposed to a charity case. Everyone is really nice! I’m glad I found this place.
