My daughter has been going to another dentist for years now, this was her first time back to this dental office and she felt relieved, informed and part of the decision making process when it came to her dental care. Jamie did a great job putting her mind at ease when cleaning her teeth and explaining all preventive measures she can do at home to prevent further decay. Both Jamie and the dentist explained what needed to be done to correct the previous dentists (from a different practice) errors and we feel we are on the road to healthier teeth! Thanks again Jamie you are amazing!

I used to love this place until, I had many messages without return calls. The dentist is wonderful, but his staff need to take customer service a bit more serious. Very sad that I was disregarded and not treated with the care I deserve. But I guess I am just a number in their books.

I rarely give out five star reviews but this does Merit a five-star review.... Which is funny because I just saw Merit lol.
Dr. Zachary SeJan and his team are awesome. They are all so friendly and my dental hygientis Darlene is so friendly also.
Dr SeJan always calls to follow up personally to see how I am doing after my procedures and in today's day and age that is a rarity.
I highly recommend anyone to go to their practice which is Merit Dental in Okemos.
I really think that he should change the name to be SeJan Dental because I think that he needs to have his name on the practice for all of his hard work of schooling and now that it has paid off, he should probably display his name on his business.
But I love them all. And you do deserve a five star superior customer service rating.

Zachary Sejan is my dentist who has the greatest bedside manner. I believe he truly cares about his patients. He listened to my personal dental care needs and came up with a great, affordable plan. I love the plan he set for me. He is patient and takes his time, explaining everything as he works. His staff is warm and friendly, yet professional and efficient. I feel I found a winner.

Merit dental is a great place. The dental practitioner, Jaime, who helped me was terrific. The dentist was top notch and super professional and took time out of his busy day to go over all the x-rays and dental procedures I would need and the receptionist was super helpful and setup an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal and also explained all the financial options available to me. For someone who neglected their teeth and dental work for 20 years they never made me uncomfortable or chastised me which I also greatly appreciated. Can't think you can get better service than Merit Dental in the greater Lansing area

Absolutely great experience! I am new to the area and hadn’t established care with a dentist yet when I chipped my front tooth. They were able to fit me in promptly for a repair and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I usually get nervous at dental appointments but the staff and Dr. made sure I was okay and made the experience much more pleasant than any appointment I have had before. Would definitely recommend!!
