Best experience I’ve had with any dental team/office in 6 years+. Everyone here is extremely helpful, supportive, welcoming and caring. Would not go anywhere else expect for Plymouth Dentistry! The front desk employees are the kindest group of woman, I can’t express that enough!! All of the dental team here is so knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what is going on, no beating around the bush or trying to empty out your pockets, they truly do take pride in the work they do. I’ve only been here a couple times now but each time has been very comfortable for me and the prices are reasonable, I did have to set up a payment plan because of unexpected dental work for myself but the office all made it very easy for me to be seen the same day when I was in excruciating pain from my wisdom teeth.

Their professionalism and attention to detail was remarkable from the reception desk to the dentist's chair, you'll have no doubt. Coupled with very fast and painless work done on my broken tooth... I absolutely love this dentist they are extremely friendly I always feel welcome they always have a smile on their faces and conversations that you have with them make you feel like it's a family. My experience at Plymouth Dentistry has been fantastic. I feel like they really listened to me and took my thoughts into account when creating my treatment plan. They were honest and straight forward with me and didn't pressure me into doing unnecessary treatments that provide little to no benefit. Amber was an amazing hygienist, literally the most gentle hygienist that I've ever come across. She did an excellent job at providing care without the usual pain I've come to expect from other dentist offices I've been to. I highly recommend this dental office, they're amazing! I'll definitely be back, I trust that I'm in good hands at Plymouth Dentistry.

My husband had a dental emergency the day before Thanksgiving that caused horrific pain. We knew no one was open Thanksgiving but on Friday I called multiple places and he finally had to go to a dentistry in Woodhaven to get antibiotics and a pain killer. Plymouth Dentistry returned our call Sunday and again Monday to make sure he was okay and had been treated....and they weren't even the ones to provide service. We were planning on going back to our own dentist on Monday but they were closed. There was no answering service and no way to leave a message. When we were finally able to talk with someone, they wouldn't be open for 2 more days and probably not even be able to see him until the following week. I immediately called Plymouth Dentistry back and we were in their office in 15 minutes. We got answers and an appointment for the next day for an extraction. They weren't able to do it the same day but they even called an affiliate office to see if he could be seen. As of now, we are switching our dental care to them for no other reason than customer service and the compassion, concern and caring of staff and the dentist who saw my husband.

Happy I chose Plymouth Dentistry. Very friendly and professional staff.
About two weeks later I got a root canal. Was quoted a price but when I was ready to pay I was given a price that was $135 higher. Was told it was for the filling. Felt deceived. Isn’t the filling part of root canal work? When I was quoted a price shouldn’t I have been informed that if I wanted the filling there would be an additional charge.
Above issue was satisfactorily resolved and I had a second root canal that went very well.

I had an abscessed molar extracted at this office. I was nervous but from the moment I arrived was made to feel comfortable and assured. The doctor and staff explained each step and prepared me for what to expect. I drove 2 hours one way for this appointment and would do it all over again. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and Plymouth Dentistry!
