LONG TERM PATIENT EXPERIENCE.
I have been going Grand Dental to see Dr. Riebschleger and his wonderful staff since I was in 6th Grade. Back then I didn't have a choice but now as a 24 year old that is 75 miles away I will ALWAYS make the journey to go see them.
Throughout my years going here I have given them every problem from ripping wires out of braces to them reminding me that I should be flossing and they can tell. They have always treated me with kindness and patience.
My only problem is I hope y'all aren't mad when the whole practice has to shut down for a day so I can have my Grand Dental family come to my wedding.

I've been receiving dental care from Dr. Ron for over 20 years. I wouldn't even think of going someplace else. I live in the UP and still go there for my dental care. The staff is caring, competent and trustworthy. A+++

I transferred to Grand dental about 3 years ago. Usually they (dentists) scare me away very quickly, so 3 years for me is like 30 for everyone else.
Dr. Ron is amazing, he has a calming manner, very humorous, patient and he is well attuned to my fears despite us never speaking of the history that caused it.
I do and would highly recommend his services.

Dr Ron and his staff are great!!!! My two children and I recently switched to their office and they were so caring and compassionate! I got a new crown and it was quick and painless. Kind of looking forward to going back to cavity fill in a couple weeks!! LOL

Grand Dental Care is a wonderful office. Dr. Ron and his staff are very professional and personable. They will explain all the pros and cons of your treatment so that you can make an independent decision. They will take the extra time to put your children at ease (the TV's at every station help also).
Dr. Ron has a great rapport with his staff and they work very well together.
Our family would highly recommend.

I've always enjoyed visiting Dr. Ron's office. It's a welcoming environment with a friendly staff. They're conversational and they always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Ron is great at providing advice to maintain a healthy smile. He explains everything simply and clearly, so that anyone could understand. He's always realistic and honest about my condition and never pushes me to do any unnecessary dental work. I truly enjoy every visit!

My family and I have been patients here for over 5 years. Dr. Ron is very nice and does a great job explaining what needs to be done if there is anything. He also does a great job with our daughter! Not only is Dr. Ron great, but the staff is very caring and helpful. My daughter loves going to the dentist, I would like to say because of Dr. Ron, but I imagine that the toy machine plays a large role in that :-)
