Royal oak location! If i could give more stars i would! From the very first visit they make you feel like family. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. I’ve searched for years to find the right dentist and i can honestly say that this is the first place that I’ve felt completely comfortable with from start to finish. They genuinely care for their patients.
Ps…I travel over an hour from home just to come here! They’re Amazing!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are all super nice and respectful. The office manager was even extremely helpful when I had come in to my first appointment the other day. She even personally called me to let me know that my insurance was accepted.

I’m just a little annoyed with the service I received when I had gone in for my follow up. I was supposed to have 3 filings done today, but I had let them know that my dog had chipped my tooth. They fixed that instead of doing my three filings and now I have to waste more time and come back. I’m grateful for the service I received, but I would have appreciated them to actually do what I came in for instead of making me come back.

I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental and my last appointment at the same time. All the reviews seemed good and scheduling was easy. Office staff were friendly. That's where all the positivity stops. I came in for an appointment to fix several broken teeth. Unfortunately, as I was a new patient, their standard procedure is to take a ridiculous amount of X-rays and talk to thirty different people before getting anything done, that is, if you actually even get to that.

I don't have the best teeth and wanted to get fillings in two different teeth to prevent further issues. The teeth can be filled and saved, but all they wanted to do was sell me crowns, which of course, are very expensive. That's why they push them. In fact, instead of saving several of my teeth which are causing me no problems, they recommended just pulling them as a part of a better "plan," to get me in the right direction. Uh, no. I don't think so. I'm not pulling any teeth that I don't have to. So instead of just giving me some simple fillings, I wasted two hours of my life trying to be sold on dental work that I don't really need and isn't completely necessary. This place only cares about your money and not what you as a patient really want and can make work. I don't recommend them at all and I won't be back.

It was a wonderful and learning experience. Had been visiting my parents when a I managed to cracked a tooth and lost the filling. I called Aspen Dental customer service to see if an appointment could be made. To my surprise was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Everyone was nice and went out of their way just for a temporary filling.

I don't always take the time to leave reviews, but Aspen Dental in Royal Oak is definitely worthy of this review. I went in with all kinds of dental issues and great fear of getting the work done. Well, I am now on my fourth visit and I am very pleased to share that most of my dental problems have been fixed. Dr. Lundy is the best! He gets the work done, explains the process as he works, and takes great care to ensure that his patient is comfortable throughout the process. The dental assistant, Antonia, takes the time to have friendly conversation while explaining everything the doctor will be doing. This is great because it calms the nerves.
I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received, and I look forward to continuing until my smile is completed restored and my mouth is completely healthy!

I have had the best dental experience at Aspen Dental in Royal Oak. Dr. Austin, Antonia and the entire staff are wonderful!! They made me feels so comfortable and at ease. The dentist office atmosphere is very comfortable. Everyone is so professional and polite. The Dentists are very knowledgeable about many dental treatment options and empathetic about your needs and wants. If you are in search of a dentist that will take good care of your dental needs and make you feel comfortable come to Aspen Dental in Royal Oak. I would also like to add the affordability of Aspen Dental. Terrea Summers over billing is very knowledgeable in going over and explaining pricing for all dental procedures and explaining your dental insurance coverages and your out of pocket cost so you know what to expect as far as expenses!! Now go and make your next dental appointment with Aspen Dental!!

Went to Aspen Dental for my first time today and was very happy with the experience! I didn't know where to go as I had recently moved here from another state and couldn't be happier I went to Aspen! Very nice people, nice facility, and great dentists! I still have some work to do and look forward to going back!

Fast check in, front office staff very friendly and personable. Hygienist Kate is excellent! Dr Semaan is excellent as well, they both are great listeners and take time to address your concerns and explain things in easy to understand terms. They have a great blend technology they use and are experts in Invisalign - I am currently having a bite issue fixed that I’ve lived with most of my life. This procedure is going very well I might add. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service from the time called for an appointment, until the time I walked out! Even the other patients were really nice! I went in for an abscess that I attempted to “self-treat” 🥹 and was causing major jaw pain by the time I went in a month later. My dentist that I had wasn’t answering calls and the overall service had declined so (per a referral) I tried Aspen. I was hesitant because I felt like it was a chain and services may be limited without that personal touch. Oh but, nay nay, I was wrong! I don’t think I have enough space to compliment ALL of the staff but Amaya was the main person assisting and she was STELLAR! Comfort, class, professional l, clean, FAST SERVICE and so many other adjectives belong in this review! If you’re wondering, don’t!! Just book! Oh and today is the next day, one day of treatment AND ABBY IS GONE!! Yes, the doc helped me name my abscess lol I’m looking forward to my next dental visit!!!

Amazing I have never had such a wonderful experience going to the dentist, The staff is awesome , Impeccable at meeting every one of your needs. I will recommend Aspen to any one.
