Bright Side Dental - Southfield

I love this office - everyone is so nice and friendly. The staff go out of their way to make their patients feel welcome. Dr. Hall and Shamani are the best. They’re so gentle and do a great job of explaining what’s happening. I would recommend this place to anyone… especially if dentist offices make you nervous- this is the place that will take care of you and make it easy to get any kind of dental work done.

So pleased I found DR.Patel & assistant Sky. Both of these ladies made my visit so pleasant. I love how friendly & caring Dr.Patel is. She was very informative and let me know the complete steps durning my root canal treatment. Not sure how long Dr Patel & Sky have been working together but the two were absolutely wonderful to/for me. I’m so thankful I now have a new dentist family. Thank you ladies for everything and I look forward to seeing you soon. Well Sky anyway. Congrats and good luck to you Dr Patel on the birth of your baby. I look forward to hearing all about your little one when you return. Top notch service!! Thank you 🤗

Dr. Hall and Shamari took very good care of me for my root canal. Upon coming in I informed them that I am not good with needles and can sometimes pass out when I get stuck. I told them that talking helps, so both of them proceeded to calm and relax me by chatting and making everything so easy I didn’t even realize he had already given me the numbing shot. The root canal was long and exhausting but they made the entire process very pleasant. They continuously made adjustments for my comfort and did a thorough job. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. They were professional, pleasant, and charming. They even turned on my favorite band for me to listen to throughout the whole process. I’d recommend them to anyone I know and say I have never had a better experience at the dentist. If you have issues with anxiety, these are the people to see. They dealt with it beautifully. Let me just say they're freaking awesome! My regular dental office wanted me to wait for a month for an extraction that was causing me excruciating pain. I called Bright Side Dental they got me in same day. Greeted me and made me feel comfortable like I was already a patient. Dr. El Turic was very friendly and gave me multiple options on what I needed to do as far as my tooth. He took my tooth out with ease! Samantha made sure I was numb and ready to go. The machinery and tools were high tech and they visually showed me everything they saw. Needless to say I will be changing offices and continue my care at Bright Side Dental. Also, thank you to Samantha and Lexie for assisting me, providing aftercare and making me comfortable.

This place is AWESOME!! They are professional and very caring! Today was my second visit and was greeted with the great smile of Monica, attended to by Nicole who made sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Hall did my work. He is amazing. I know that they're busy but he takes the time to talk to you and make sure that you don't feel like you're part of an assembly line operation. Thank you E'RBODY! I would definitely recommend them readily.

I expected to go in to be told “Yep, you have a wisdom tooth, come back next week” as I was used to with my last dentist office. My last dentist office in Mount Pleasant was the only experience I had with the dentist as an adult and I expected the service here at Bright Side to be mediocre as well.
I am so glad to say that my visit at Bright Side surprised me in a good way. Nichole immediately made me feel not only welcome, but she seemed like someone I would be friends with. And Dr. Elturk was wonderful as well. He had a presence that made me feel like I was safe and well taken care of, which I of course was. Lexie was great as well at explaining my billing and insurance situation. Even the staff at the front desk were wonderful (I’m sorry I didn’t get the young ladies’ names).
I am so happy to have found this office, and as long as I am in the Detroit area, I will be going to them for all my dental needs and concerns.

I visited this office as a new patient after cracking my front tooth in an accident. Samantha and Dr Elturk were great in my repair and treatment. The office and other staff were great as well. I recommend them highly and I appreciate everything as we continue the journey in this repair.

My coworker referred me to Davina(hygienist) at Brightside Dental and I’m so so happy that she did. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with every cleaning, she’s very informative about what I need to do post visits and now I don’t feel nervous about going to the dentist since I started coming to her. The reception and the exiting staff are very kind, courteous and friendly as well… Dr Elturk(hope I spelled it correctly) is an awesome dentist and did an excellent job of replacing one of my crowns the was cracked… I will recommend Brightside to each and everyone who reads this. Dr. Elturk, Nichole (assistant) and Lexie (treatment coordinator).. Did a very good job at making me feel welcome and comfortable.. I had a wisdom tooth extraction done and it went great.. I didn't feel a thing a Dr. Elturk was quick.. I will definitely be making them my main dentist..

Was very scared when I went in today but the doctors and aids was very helpful with relaxing me. Dr. Popyk and Dr. Elturk was amazing quick and fast with no pain. With the help of Lexie and Sam my visit with Bright side dental was overall amazing.
