Not going to lie I hate dentist they always equal pain however I love this dentists office and I've only been there once the staff is absolutely amazing very friendly explain everything from procedure, aftercare medication. Everyone is very friendly very polite which now and days is hard to find in a dr office. No doubt if you have any dental issues this is 100% the place to go

Refused to give me a cleaning that my insurance covers. Because they want me to pay over 500 dollars for a deep cleaning. Keep going on about services not covered that I can't afford. Horrible experience waste of my time.Cant afford over 1000 for a root canal so of course they want to talk me out of an extraction. It's all about money that's why I hate going to dentists.

My entire experience here has helped me become much more comfortable within a dental care environment. Everyone on their team is extremely helpfull and informative and they were sure to make sure I was aware of any copays before doing any extra work which sets me at ease knowing they want to ensure the best possible experience for their clients. Five stars is hardly enough as this has been the best dental care experience I've ever had. Will recommend to all friends and family! Thank you so much Shores Dental!!

The staff and hygentist was very nice and welcoming. I loved them! The dentist completely rude, nasty attitude, his people skills is a zero! I want to come and get my partial but I can't deal with the dentist. He talked to me like I was a lying child and i was stupid. Would only recommend this place to get your teeth cleaned! If you have to talk to the dentist run!

Waste of time. Place was dirty, the lady who was supposed to clean my teeth answered a FaceTime and left the room. The next hygienist told me I could not get a cleaning because I needed a deep clean, mind you she only looked in my mouth for about 20 seconds. Take your business elsewhere, these people are money hungry. They don’t care about you.

I love this dentist office they are very friendly they can get you in at any time they work with you and they are very patient you have any questions they are very acceptable to any questions that is asked there is no attitude the front desk has the sweetest girls upfront and all the individuals the assistants and the doctors in the back are great to work with. They listen to what the issue is and a work with that issue and I would recommend anyone to go to those office thank you

Great service. Patient and somewhat gentle doctors. Just had all teeth removed for dentures. It was done in two procedures. There were a couple rough removals but the doc and nurse talked me through.
The office had no judgement about the condition of my mouth. They have a very "let's get you the best smile possible" attitude.

I usually don't leave reviews but the dentist irritated me lol so I'm gonna leave one. The woman that cleaned my teeth was nice and inviting then boom the dentist comes in doesn't say hi, introduce himself, nothing. Then he said he was gonna give me an ortho referral (I know I need braces) so I jokingly said "I know I get one everytime" and so he said "If you don't do something about them they're gonna fall out" so then I said "braces are expensive, I can't afford them" and this fool caught an attitude and said "ok do you want it or not".. Rude as hell, need to work on your people skills DR. PATEL.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. The nurses were nice, he was not. He yelled at me for not taking better care of my teeth. Made me feel stupid. He even yelled at my mom because she asked a question! Oh and he told me that next time I can't bring my son because he's not running a daycare! My son is 5 and wasn't bothering anyone, he was sitting in the waiting room with my mom, but apparently this dentist is not family friendly. I knew right away that I would not be returning. This guy is a complete joke.
