If I could give no stars I would. I am new to the area, I made a same day appointment but had to called back 4 minutes later to cancel and to reschedule but had to leave a message. This very angry woman called back an hour later and very rudely said "We require a $25 same day cancelation fee! But we just can't help you since you canceled!" Then hung up on me. I did call back but no answer. I hope she was just having a bad day and she isn't normally an angry Karen. I won't be holding my breath for an apology call though.

Clement Family Dentistry is such a charming place. The staff is always warm and I am never greeted without a smile as soon as I walk in the door. The dental hygienists are gentle and thorough with there work. They seem happy to help educate and inform about any questions. Dr. Clement is very down to earth and will literally go out of his way to give the best care. Attending appointments feels more like a trip to the spa than a trip to the dentist. 10/10 would recommend ☺️
