We started with Skowronski Family Dentistry a few years back when my youngest was getting braces. Our experience there was phenomenal. Of course, the outcome of her beautiful smile, is top notch but also the expertise, professionalism and customer service we received there was above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased we moved our entire family to the office for all of our dental needs. The experience in its entirety is fantastic. The facility is modern, immaculate, bright and welcoming. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They always see you quickly with very little waiting. The
appointment making process is quick and easy. When you call you actually get a person on the phone. Text and email confirmations and reminders. They even have early morning appointments so you don’t have to miss work or school. All of these factors add up to an overall experience that in my opinion can’t be beat. This is a great place. I actually found this office by reading reviews myself. This place is the real deal. If you’re looking for a dental office to meet all of your needs, look no further!

I’ve been seeing Dr Ray for many years and have never had a bad visit. All the staff is as friendly as Dr. Ray (as he walks about singing with the music, quite pleasant). He’s a prince, I highly recommend!

For the first time in many, many years I was not happy with my visit. I went in to get a crown. An assistant did the prep of taking X-rays and an initial impression of my teeth. The new dentist came in an did the drilling and then left. The assistant then fitted and secured the temporary crown in place. In the past, that was done by the dentist. I was a little surprised by this. After I got home and my face gained its feeling back, I checked out my my temporary crown and found that it was quite loose and I could wiggle it! I had to back to the office and have them reset the crown. This has never happened before , and I am not pleased with the entire appointment. Things will never be the same there.

Arrived early and was ushered to the room on time. Dr. Katynski was very soon in the room also, and promptly got to work applying anesthetic. The whole procedure was done in less than 30 min. I also asked about something Dr. Skowronski had done and required his expertise. He was very quickly located and brought into the room and we discussed the matter and then scheduled an appointment to take care of it in a week's time. I left the office only 40-45 minutes after I had entered. This gave me plenty of time to get back to my desk for a meeting which was to start one hour after my appointment.
