My husband avoided all dentists for 12 years before coming to this office. My husband has been going to this office for some time now with frequent cleanings and dental work. He is comfortable, his concerns were listened too, options were always upfront and discussed thoroughly, and payments and insurance information was always presented before any work so there was never a bill shock for us. We went through appointments knowing what was going on and what it was going to cost. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a professional and honest setting when it comes to their dental work.

Dr. Sternhagen is a highly competent, kind and gentle dentist. My kids and I have been patients of his for years. We appreciate his staff and their patient-centered approach to dental care. When we have had questions or concerns, they are always answered clearly and met with compassion. The office’s focus on patient education and preventative care is helpful. When I enter their office, I know I will receive individual attention and care- something that is rare to find in today’s world.

If you just want to get your teeth cleaned this is not the place for you. Not the place for working mothers or people with less than wonderful insurance. Extra charges for discussing teeth brushing, lots of extra time for discussion, very little actual dental work and hundreds of dollars later… finally… my teeth are cleaned.
May be for other people. Was not for me and my family. I wont go back.
