I have had horrible experiences in the past with dentists so i didn't go for a long time. I had a tooth completely fall apart and just the roots were left and finally the pain had gotten so unbearable i went on the hunt for an emergency dentist. I had called probably 4 or 5 near my house and never got a call back or was told it was going to be a month before i got in. I took a chance and went on the brightside website and just left a comment that i needed help and i was in excruciating pain friday night around 10 pm and they called me the the very next morning around 10 am and had me in at a location in 30 minues. My anxiety makes it hard for me to communicate sometimes but everyone who helped me today were just above and beyond. Seriously the best experience of my life and i will be coming back to this location so they can help me with my dental journey. Dr. Kado has touched my heart and I thank the whole staff from the bottom of my heart.

When I am nervous about a procedure, Dr. Patil and Dr. Saluja always listen and then address my anxieties. I don't dread the dentist anymore, I know they will always be there to support me. I always have a great experience here. Everyone is friendly and compassionate. I'll never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Terrible service my wife got a procedure done which was great work. Afterwards about three weeks later she went back to get more work done and was informed our insurance had ran out and she owes a balance of. $600. My wife should’ve been informed of this prior to the procedure. If it had not been for her temporary crown falling out and having to go back she would have never known she owes money. I think that this is insane and we will not be back again

This is the best dentist I’ve been serviced at, they prices are more expensive but I think when you are good at what you do , and our experience matches the quality of the work , they deserve every bit of whatever they charge. What do they say? You get what you pay for. I went in for a routine cleaning and it’s the best cleaning and advice I’ve ever received ever. I don’t think I will go anywhere else, I’ve found my new home dentist. Thank you❤️

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had within a dentist office. I had to have an emergency root canal done. I called while at work, after looking for a dentist office close by. I saw the good reviews and late hours, so I thought, this place seems to be a good choice. I was wrong... it was a GREAT choice!! The staff was excellent, couldn’t be more friendly, great sense of humor. The doctor even stayed after hours by an hour and a half to compete my procedure. Never once, did I feel like I was inconveniencing him or the assistant. He explained every step he took, in great detail. I am a performance coach within a call center and I can’t help but be hypersensitive when it comes to service and effective communication. I was blown away! I’ve already told a half dozen people at work that if they need to see a dentist, go to Bright Side Dental!
