Dental Care of Michigan

This is my regular chosen dentist...i go to them for any and all of my dental needs! I had an appointment this week and needed to reschedule at the last minute due to my work schedule. I called & spoke with Summer who was AMAZING from the time she answered my call until the time we hung up. Summer immediately and with ease rescheduled my appointment to fit my needs! I sincerely appreciate her genuine obvious passion for excellent customer service! Everyone here from the dentist to the entire staff have always been excellent for the several years I've claimed them as my personal dentist office😁

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and Dentist. I feel 100% confident that Dr. Khedhet has her patients well being a her first priority. Also, they are very helpful with easing your anxiety.

If I could put a zero I would. I had a letter sent to me telling me that it's time for me to get my teeth cleaned. When I got there and saw the dentist she barely looked at my mouth and then told me no I'm not going to clean your teeth. Then she proceeded to tell me that she would do a deep cleaning which my insurance does not pay for. So she wasted my time and put my life in jeopardy to go there. I plan on calling the insurance company to make sure she did not bill them. I would not recommend her at all. I don't even know how she's able to keep her practice open. The first time I saw her I talked to her about getting dentures. She told me that I need it for root canals. I thought to myself why would I need for root canals if I'm getting dentures. I met a lady in the parking lot before I went in she wanted to charge her $4,000 4 a pear Adventures the lady told her she could not afford it so she knocked it down to $2,000. The lady had to go back four times to get them adjusted and you could see right through them they did not look real. My daughter went there because she needs her tooth to be extracted. The dentist told her she could not help her the dentist told her she needed to have oral surgery. Which that is not the case. So she put my daughter and her two kids endanger with the Coronavirus. She is the worst dentist I have ever went to.

I went there a few years ago to have some teeth extracted the dentist who did the extractions was good it was a male dentist when I went back in for a follow-up to have my partial made the gentleman did not care about it and rushed through everything. This office and their other office on 12 Mile are nothing but shady. There other office charge my insurance for a partial that they never did I didn't find this out until I went to the other office on Hoover and did not know that they were both linked together until after I was already in there they gave me the partial that the other branch charged me for and then month-and-a-half later I get notice in from my insurance company that they tried charging my insurance for full dentures that they never did the extractions for then 11 months ago I look at my credit report and there's a bill on there for $50 that they turned into collections when I called to check on this bill they could not find anything anywhere that I owed them money but yet they won't remove it off of my credit report it's been long enough my next stage now is to go ahead and call a lawyer to take care of the issues.

My husband had such a wonderful experience there. He has never liked going to the dentist because he had a bad experience before, but not here! The people there are sooo nice. Raneem welcome us like he had been a patient there for years. His hygienist Tamara kept him laughing, which made him feel so comfortable. She took her time. The dentist Dr. K was so good, he said this was the best experience he has ever had. They make going to the dentist enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and professional on our 1st visit. The thing that had me instantly happy was my family of 4 was all able to see dentist on the same day🤗so convenient for a single mother🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I have been to this office a couple of different times, and don't plan on going anywhere else anymore! Staff is friendly and quick. And they make sure that you are comfortable with the plan for your care before following through with it.

Worst experience ever. I had experience here half year ago. It was bad, so decided gave one more try for different person. There are two cleaning person. They both bad. My teeth were bleeding bad like drinking blood. They are rushing on my cleaning. It was only 7 mins and my son’s cleaning only 2 mins. I made appointment at 8:00. Until 8:20 they start taking me because I mentioned if she is busy I am leaving. She were siting there play computer games.

Even the doctor is not professional, I told her I don’t feel my clean and she makes feel if you don’t like here don’t come back. Yes. I am not coming back.

One more thing , they use unclean tools and I saw the stain on the tool. Their restroom is dirty. Think about it, if you can’t keep clean and only think about how to make patients money and how can you do good work?

Job well done very professional staff had a wisdom tooth pull my dentist Dr.Hawazin Khedher is very good. great job 👏.
