The atmosphere at Advance Dental in Warren, Mi is very relaxing. I actually love going there. I'm never nervous and excited to hear what Dr K recommends.This visit was for a diagnostic and preventive service. From the sign in desk to leaving the building, this team was very professional and courteous. Sapphira was my XRay tech, she was able to capture a picture of a molars that previous technicians were never able to do, Sapphira's technique was painless (my gums are extemely tender) and she patiently got the job done. Dominque carried out the finishing touch by making my appointments and walking with me as I exited the building with a warm goodbye. Dr K never disappoint me, she found the crack on my incisor that I was concerned about, she's always honest and suggests what she feels is best then allows space for you to decide. Great Visit, I was happy after my visit, smiling, and ready to get the work done.

Miranda and everyone at the office is so nice and caring! Only thing that’s rough is that they’re always booked but, if you mention you want to be on the cancellation list, they reach out to you so you can come in sooner!

They get you in and out of there in A Very Timely fashion…AND THE YOUNG LADY THAT HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ME FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE ANGEL! MY SONS DENTIST WAS MINE FIRST OVER TEN YRS AGO AND TOO SHE IS THE BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME… LOVE YALL ADVANCED WARREN DENTAL AND THANK YOU SO VERY KINDLY FOR PUTTING A BEAUTIFUL SMILE ON OUR FACES IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!❤️🙌🏾❤️💯🎯

Love going to this office the dentist there is amazing she helps ppl out and goes out of her way for her patients she has a kind heart and great spirit her staff there is beyond amazing and there is no wait time once your appt time comes you’re in the back getting looked at best experience with the best dentist

Was told by the call center that my clenaing and cavity needs would be done with in one visit! come to find out after 90 mincuets of my time wasted, that no cleaning and or fillings or crowns would be worked on today that this process would taker atleast another 4 vists. with a 30 to 60 day gapo between each! i walked out went down to destine dental as a walk in , got my teech cleaned the major cavity taken care of with a brighting , with only a 3 week gap process for ym crowns!

Didn’t even make it to the back. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time which was 8:30. For 30 minutes I was told nothing then told to wait an additional 10 minutes before I decided to leave. Your patients’ time is just as valuable as yours. If they had time to be laughing and having a ball at the front desk, they had the time to communicate. Very unprofessional. Would never let them come near my mouth.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I booked an appointment for me and my husband a month earlier (new patient). I did the confirmation exactly the way they said to do it, in order to “guarantee” my appointment. A day before my husband’s appointment, they sent a message saying they canceled the appointment due to “urgent circumstances.” When I called, they rescheduled both of us for THREE MONTHS LATER. They refused to squeeze us in even though it was not our fault that THEY had something come up. They also tried wasting our time by telling us we can see the doctor, and then seeing the hygienist 3 months later, trying to twist our arms and basically telling us that our time is invaluable. If we had canceled less than 24 hours, whether it was uRgEnT or not, we would’ve been charged. The entire place does not value their patients, is completely unprofessional, and obviously doesn’t have double standards. Will not be going back here.

The cancelled 3 different appointments via text message. When I call to reschedule they are booked and can’t get an appointment until 3-4 months from now. 1 time I went in and was told they called and cancelled my appointment, they did not! Will be going somewhere else
