I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Alpert and his team at Dental Care of Waterford. The office has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Alpert and his team are extremely competent and very thorough. I always get seen at my appointment time or a few minutes before. I've had such a positive experience, that three generations of my family members have switched from their dentists to become patients of Dr. Alpert. All are satisfied.

haven't had the ability to see a dentist in over 3 years due to Covid and loss of insurance. Now that i was able to seek dental care i was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of calling to have a cracked filling taken care of... Staff is amazingly friendly and considerate of any needs and even asked if I had insurance just to make sure I could have X-rays done and not have to pay for my visit with one of my kidneys. Dr. Alpert is wonderful! Explained everything that he was about to do and how it might feel. completely painless and fast visit for a filling none the less. I definitely have found my new dental office and can actually say I look forward to my cleaning!

I received a dental cleaning there. Before the cleaning I asked the receptionist if I would be entirely covered she assured me it was. I just received a bill for $131.00. I trusted they were telling the truth, obviously not.

As always an excellent appointment. My appointment started right on time, which is very much appreciate. The remodeling of the interior was very nicely done and looks great. Tracee is an excellent hygienist and a very nice person. She is very careful, thoughtful and answers questions very well and clearly. Dr. Alpert is an excellent dentist who has taken good care of my dental health for a long time. I travel a long distance to Dr. Alpert's office and it is well worth the drive.

Dr. Lloyd Alpert does a thorough exam and addresses any concerns and asks if there is still problems.
