By far the best dental experience I’ve had . The office is clean, the front desk staff are professional and polite , Kelly did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth ! Very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Nicholas is AMAZING. His bedside matter is incredible. Even the manager that discuss the cost and insurance with you is nice ! Amazing staff and dare I say….. I can’t wait to come back to this dental office in 6 months ! :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart . My front tooth has been chipped for years and Dr Nicholas fixed it in 15 minutes! I look great, I feel great and I’ve already referred my sister to this office! Great job Family Gentle dental ! You guys have a patient forever !

I'm so glad I found this dental office through my husband. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There is no shaming or trying to pressure you into anything. They are so patient with me as I typically have some anxiety with dental work. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I hadn't seen a dentist in over a year due to change in insurance and other life issues. I was expecting my cleaning to be painful but was totally surprised that they have earned the title "gentle". The entire staff and doctor were amazing!!!! I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you Family Gentle Dentists!!!!

UNACCEPTABLE! My fiance just left there today November 16th, 2022 around 4:15-4:30. He had a cleaning and after his visit he was trying to schedule and appointment for a filling. He works a day shift at his job and requested some time after 4pm, like he did the last time he got fillings there. The woman working the desk told him they don't do feelings past 2:30 p.m, and if that is unacceptable then he can find another dental provider. That is just unacceptable and rude! I was thinking about getting my dental services there and I surely won't after hearing about that. And my fiance will finding another place to go as well. I'm sure his mother who also goes there will find somewhere else as well. He doesn't recall her name but she should be fired. She had blondish hair and was chubby (these terms are only used for description purposes only to help the company identify her). I think she was being prejudiced because of the way he looks.

We should have started here first. My husband had an emergency and was in significant pain. Our "normal" dentist recommended we call here as they were booked. Needless to say, this is our new "normal" dentist. Someone actually answered the phone!!!! Small miracle after calling 18 other places for emergency care, not only were they able to get my husband in quickly, they actually called back with a cancellation and had him come in earlier. Such a relief when someone is in severe pain. We will be patients going forward as my husband was very pleased with the care and the staff.

This is my second time coming here my son is a new patient the ladies were amazing this time! Ms. Jackay was just amazing fun and made you feel extremely comfortable such a joy to be around! Dr Linda was the best! Extremely caring and attentive she took care of my son's needs and gave us suggestions on what to do about his teeth whitening and I have been to several dental offices and have not found anyone that got the job done or just tried to make money! I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know!

I was very impressed with this office and the staff. Dr Linda and Jackie were both great and very comforting during my extraction. I didn't feel a thing throughout the process. The young lady doing the billing was very thorough and explained everything. I came here for a 2nd opinion and now wish I would've just visited them 1st to begin with.
