I have been attending this dentist for over two years and I wish I could have known this practice before. Everyone, the staff , and doctors are so friendly. They do their best to remember your name and the assistants are so helpful. I always get such a nice assistant who small talks with me, making it a fun dental visit. My family also comes here, the staff is always patient when I need to translate information for my mom or dad from English to Spanish. My mom loves this practice, the work they do is very professional. Before coming here, I attended a practice that was not so well knowledgeable and left my teeth worst than before, but at this practice, they fixed the teeth that were in pain and did correctly what the other practice did wrong. Here, at painless Dentistry, they were knowledgeable like applying the correct medicine and treatment. The space is very clean and so are the rooms. I always leave this practice with a laugh and confident smile.

I love how nice and friendly the staff here are. Very accommodating and thoughtful. I had to cancel my appointment because of appointments going on and I asked to be put on the waiting list. I've been called a few times to be moved up, and finally my schedule allowed me to get in early. My point is that they actually called more than once to try and help me get in and it was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this place.

My appointment today was with Missy. Over the years I have seen a few Dental hygienists. I can say her attention to detail was impressive. I left feeling like she really cares about what she does. And my teeth have never felt this clean. What more can you ask for.?

I have a severe phobia of both needles and dentists. Dr. Benson is the BEST. He has great "bedside manners". And out me at ease to help my anxiety. I've been going to this dentist for almost 3 years now after not going to the dentist for 5 years due to not having insurance. I'd recommend painless dentistry Wyandotte to anyone.

I had my first visit yesterday at Painless Dentistry for my routine cleaning. My dental hygienist Melissa did a fantastic job in my cleaning and explaining any issues. Definitely will be back.

My visit today was wonderful! My hygienist Missy was so kind and careful with me. I will be asking for her again when I come back in 6 months. Dr. Bensen was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I’m glad I found this dentist!
