Had an emergency. Charged $75 if you don’t come in on time for the appointment, they definitely overcharge. The dentist didn’t even take 5 mins to do what he was suppose to do just did everything in a hurry and still had a couple small pieces of teeth in my gum from when he pulled it within a few seconds, doesn’t even make sure he did it all. Never going here again.

I was scheduled for my six month dental cleaning and oral check. Having recently had thyroid cancer and surgery that included many x-rays, CAT scans, MRI, I declined having x-rays until my next appointment. I was refused service!!! I felt like this was a definite form of bullying by the Dr and a denial of my rights. I will never return there....

Great first experience all around. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable and I felt safe to voice any concerns. The dentist also made me feel right at home and that my needs were important. When I walk in for the first time, the personal where so welcoming. I was there for a consultation about braicer because I needed to fix my teeth. What I loved the most is how the dentist took his time to listen my needs and understand it. I really get satisfied with the results, and never felt nervous coming to the office because the staff make sure you won't feel that way.

My wife finally coaxed me into getting a checkup, and it couldn't have been more painless. The staff at Bowtie Dental put me at ease immediately. Everyone was extremely professional, empathetic, and friendly. I couldn't have been more comfortable with the experience. I highly recommend this office.

I would like to start off with my first visit. The lady scrapped my filled-in chipped tooth til the filling literally broke off and the doc said it was deteriorating. Today I had a family emergency and could not make it to the appointment and they are now charging me 75$. I will never go back and everyone should know this place is absolutely horrible. The doc also filled in my chipped tooth with in minutes not even going over if it was good or not. He's in a hurry and prices here are out of control.

Everyone at Bowtie Dental treats me like a good friend, while taking good care of my teeth. Dr. Eric is honest about what procedures are necessary and what can wait, and the team is very flexible about working around my schedule for appointments. They are careful with Covid-19 precautions.
