Dr. Hailey at White Smiles is the best! I have dental anxiety and made sure to mention it the first time I met with her. She is so good at remembering that and making it such a smooth time when I am there. I highly recommend her!

I went to this location with hopes of filling my space in between my two front teeth in which I had done previously from another dental office 8 years ago . Keeping in mind my bond held on strong for those 8 years no problem. They indeed did fill the bond “ fix” it.. when they were finished the teeth were very rough not smooth like they originally were prior to starting. I was informed in 1 month it was smooth over eventually on its own which I thought was odd . 3 months go by the teeth are still rough and not smoothed over like they stated would happen .. so I came back in for them to fix the issues in which they did . One month goes back and my tooth broke off / chipped . With paying 475 cash out of pocket for a very small small filling aka bonding and it breaking and having cosmetic flaws after they completed the work you would think they would fix for free being it’s a simple fix time frame of 10 minutes max … NO! They said it will cost 375$ to do it . After I spent a hour in the office I left with them doing nothing . The greed is unreal . Take your money else where .

I can only speak to the Albertville location. I highly recommend them for cleaning, But I do not recommend them for major dental work. they are not reliable. God forbid they send your appliance in to be relined. They're gonna tell you it will be 3 days but in our experience that isn't true. So if you want to take a chance on this happening to you I recommend that you not go there and risk it. Day 8... no delivery date in sight. I Do Not Recommend this business

The hygienists are so sweet and knowledgeable; all 3 of my boys taken care of so very well. And me, the mom, part of my work wasn't covered by insurance so the owner graciously paid for half of my work on Veterans day even though my husband is the veteran. Brought me to tears...so kind and I am so grateful.

I went in for Veteran Days and they took care of two crowns for me in the same day. I had issues with one needing to be adjusted and they got me in the same day. If looking for a dentist give them a try very nice people and work is done fast.

Horrible experience the last 2 times. I politely asked not to have the last assistant that cleaned my teeth due to a horrible experience with her. Of course I had the same gal cleaning my teeth this time around. She continues to gouge the metal pick into my gums and proceeds to rip down cutting my gums open. When she uses the floss she doesn’t go around the teeth with the floss instead she pushes down on my gums with the floss with all of her weight. I gave her the benefit of the doubt this second time around thinking she would be better even though I specifically asked for a different cleaner and this experience was worse than the last. Looks like I’m going to have to find a new dentist to go to!

White Smiles all I can say is they are the Best Dentist I’ve ever been too in all my years going!! They do a thorough examination and figure out what needs to be done , so you can keep your perfect smile!! all the staff and Dr White are so nice .
