I wrote an awful review on White Smile Denistry, but I should have contacted them about any issues I had with my partial or root canal. After two years, I decided I should send a message to Dr. White to let him know about the problems I was having. He returned a message immediately, to my surprise, and ask that I make an appointment so that he could correct my problem. He did take good care of me, all I had to do was to contact the office. I felt bad that I didn't follow up sooner; however, I am so very pleased at how gracious they have been. I recommend this dentistry whole heartedly!

Very fast and friendly during the visit! Was in and out in about a half hour. Pre-scheduled the next appointment since they are getting busy, but it was a great teeth cleaning!

I first heard of White Smiles when they held a Veterans Day special. They served all Veterans that day with free dental work. I was able to get a crown done for FREE!!! The staff at White Smiles is what makes the place so great. All staff have been very accommodating and understand the needs of their patients. Now my entire family goes. I finally got my smile back after having major dental work done. Dr. White is incredible and has surrounded himself with staff that are second to none.

My wife and i went there last year for our cleaning appointments. My wife had tooth pain, they diagnosed it as a cavity. Got it filled, and it still hurt. She had to go back there multiple times (6+ ) to keep having it refilled and the pain just would not go away. Finally we are weeks away from our wedding+honeymoon and the pain still hasn't gone away, so she goes in and they say she needs a root canal. On each of these visits my wife requested an X-ray and they refused. After the root canal, she is still hurting, and the Dr tells thats normal. So my wife spends all honeymoon hurting with a tooth ache. Now here we are over a year afterwards, with my wife still in pain, we go to a new dentist and they tell us that White Smiles botched the root canal. They missed a root, and now its infected. They also cut away too much of her tooth during the procedure so long term she will likely need an implant. As the cherry on top, our new dentist (who we love) quoted us the cost of the root canal to fix White Smiles botched one, and its half the cost!! So to summarize: White Smiles is overpriced and they botched my wife's tooth.....I would look around at the many other dental options around STMA.
