I have a connective tissue disease, and it makes my gums tear easily. I’ve been so traumatized by the dentist I’ve gone years without going. However, from the moment I walked in to White Smiles, I felt calm. The dentist himself said he would look into the forums for EDS and research so he understood the disease. And the hygienist was incredibly calming and nice. They found the best route was to numb the mouth for the cleaning. I’ll go back this time, instead of waiting years in between;) Thank you for a pleasant and calming experience!

Staff did a great job of explaining what they were going to do before they did anything and explained what they were looking at and seeing while cleaning my teeth. Office was clean and felt safe going in (Covid procedures in place). All staff members were friendly. They were quick and flexible about getting me in for an appointment. Overall great experience.

Becca is nothing short of wonderful! I, like most, dread the dentist but she helps make it as relaxing as possible. My 5 year old daughter also is seen here and they do a great job with children! Highly recommended!

Its a trick to try to keep from laughing with them when you have to lay very still while Dr. White is working on you!!!! I just had work done for a bridge, and it could not have went better!!! They are wonderful😁

I cant say enough great things about this office. The hygienist was calming and kind. Excellent doctor!!! Very thorough and caring. I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and Dr J is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Love her!

Went in to get a referral to get wisdom teeth removed. Referral was not sent until I called 4 weeks later. I arrive at oral surgeon, x-rays were never sent. $165 out of my pocket now. Been in pain for 9 weeks! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
