Hadn't been to a dentist in years because I hated my old clinic. I decided to give Twin Cities Dental a shot. It's been a few times in now and every time the staff has been great. There was a mixup in billing at one point because I had no idea the vague printout I received in the mail was a bill and no one mentioned anything when I came in to the clinic, but it was easy to clear up with a phone call. Ortho guy I had for one visit was a bit blunt but wasn't rude and fixed my issue in an emergency situation. Hygienists and dentists have all been great, nice clinic too.

You guys have been AMAZING since day one. You are all kind, helpful, knowledgeable and validate my ptsd/dental fears from my past. Your doctors are the absolute best. Funny yet professional! I actually do not fear the dentist coming here. You always discuss payments, my teeth journey, what you are going to do and how everything will go. That's so helpful. You have no idea. Thanks for always being super awesome! I love you guys. ❤️

Jill is awesome every time I go for my cleanings, x rays! She is always prompt and extremely helpful! The receptionist is very professional and provides great service, and the doctor is upbeat and overall great!

I had a cleaning and check-up at TC Dental. Jill did a fantastic job taking ex-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Trogen did my exam. No cavities, but she recommended I get a guard to deal with apparent teeth grinding. They took the time to show me a good product, and I was able to pick it up on the way home.

Jill is the best hygienist I have ever had. Very gentle and thorough. Calms your nerves instantly. Dr Schweiger is great also. Strongly recommend going to them.

I'm a recently retired veteran of 24 years and in the summer of 2021 I was still on Active duty stationed in Minnesota. I had some work done at Twin Cities Dental in 2021. Part of the work that was done was getting a Night guard fitted due to TMJ. All the work was completed prior to my official retirement date of 9/1/21. On the day I retired I received a call saying my mouth guard was ready to be picked up, but I was out of town and couldn't grab it that day. Long story short I told them I'd have to wait to pick it up because my insurance would lapse that day.
In the mean time I had to get on my wife's dental insurance to cover a root canal because the dentist at Twin Cities Dental cracked my tooth while fitting my mouth guard. 2 months later, Once I got in my wife's insurance I went back to Twin cities dental to get my mouth guard. Twin Cities Dental billed my new insurance (even though all the work was done while on active duty and covered under my insurance) and unfortunately they wouldn't cover it.
Here we are 1 1/2 years later and I'm still dealing with these people. I called Twin cities dental and explained the situation and basically was told to bad so sad. I asked if they would work with me on the total cost of the bill and I was told no, I'd have to pay in full. They aren't willing to work with me the total cost!!
I don't recommend Twin Cities Dental to anyone! They're all about making that money!
