This was one of the worst experiences at the dentist I've ever had. I had called and asked if I could get a quote on on implants and if she did this kind of work? She said yes but the consultation Will be around $300 I was very leery but I needed it done my front tooth that was put in just a year ago fell out, and my dentist retired! When I got there all she talked about mostly was about Botox in another thing that she does. To me she was wasting my time, I wanted to know what she was going to do and her cost. Finally she took me to get X-rays, yeah!!! After the x-rays, i asked her if she could temporarily cement my front tooth in, she looked at me with discust and said oh i cant do that it wont stay in, its just going to fall out in 15 min. And I,m looking at her thinking, what are you crazy i have no front tooth, do you expect me to walk around with no front tooth? finally I talked her into to it and she used a product from target that I tried using and didnt work! and of couse it came right off. I called Monticello Family Dentistry, who is now my new dentists but they dont do implants! They are familiar with wants going on and I was in tears and they let me come emmediatly and cemented it in for me free of charge, just to get me by till I get implants.This was in July and the tooth is still in, NOW WHY COULDNT SHE HAVE DONE THAT FOR ME!!!! Ok thats not all! Then she called me and said she could not do the procedure, she is ot equipped to do it!!!!! REALLY!!! She charged me $300.00 dollars for what? There's is more but I dont what to tye anymore! I still have not recieved my money back! Very displeaed with this Lady! I have also talked to others and they were also not happy with her!!! I give her a big fat "0" rating!
