I was called in almost immediately upon my arrival. The hygienist was efficient with X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Ling did his exam and I was able to leave shortly afterward. Everyone is friendly and visits are pretty much uneventful.
I had a crown put in a year ago and Dr. Ling made sure it was pain free(always unavoidable discomfort with first novacaine injection). Crown has been problem free.

I had to have an old crown replaced. First, they were very cognizant of my comfort at all times. Second, they temporary crown fit perfectly. Third and finally, they took their time with the permanent crown to make sure I was comfortable with the fit. It felt like they truly cared about how I felt and that I was satisfied. Very good experience!

I unfortunately cracked the back of my cap from my front tooth. Called the dentist to make appointment with Dr Mike. Went in the next day and he was able to fix the back of my tooth which I truly appreciate not having to replace it. Him and his staff always takes great care of our family.

Beyond expectations. Responded immediately to urgency even over holiday weekend. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. office is immaculate. Dr. Ling is thorough and won't perform a procedure unless he feels it is necessary. So very honest!

I was a new patient at Ling Family Denistry this morning. Once I was getting the actual dental work done, the staff seemed highly professional and friendly. The paperwork part when I first got there and getting the insurance figured out was a bit hectic. Perhaps, if you are a new patient, call to clarify that the insurance part is completely figured out before your first appointment. Then you'll have a smoother ride.
