Park Dental Blaine

Unfortunately I am forced to leave a bad review. I am a Veteran being sent to community care, which landed me at Park Dental. Great place, dentist and dental hygienist were amazing. The problem arose after 2 months went by and I did not receive a call. Upon calling, the billing department staff member was rude and confrontational over the phone. I was extremely nice, and asked her if she had billed the VA yet, and let her know it had been a while since I heard from anyone. ( I assume with the VA that there could be problems ). She said the VA never reached out and asked for paperwork, and I said I think you are supposed to send it and she said " I did " very abruptly. I was quiet for a second and asked her to resend please as they still haven't received the paperwork ( you would assume she would have checked to make sure they got it ). She said she would, with quite the attitude, and then responded with " You know you aren't our only customer ". At that point I said " Ma'am, I shouldn't have to do your job for you, please send the information off. " Now at this point she started talking over me and just ignoring what I was saying being blatantly rude. She also lied to the community care staff, trying to disperse blame. I will be filing a complaint with the VA to remove VA funding from this Dental office. Sorry guys, don't treat your customers like this. I recommend you lose your "disgruntle" staff member before you lose more funding.

Totally love Park Dental Blaine and my Dentist is fabulous. All the gals are great that work there. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Thompson is a very wonderful, friendly man he truly reminds me of my dad kind and gentle and very caring. My dental hygienist is Collette, she is excellent and very gentle. She is so sweet and caring I hope to keep her for as long as I continue to keep going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone.

Excellent clinic, Terrific Doctors, with simply wonderful employees … It almost makes going to the Dentist a pleasant experience. (Hey, I said ALMOST) heh heh… The only negative issue I experienced was actually in the waiting room while sitting with the other patients. Everyone was ignoring each other while hiding behind their masks, their I-Pads, and their cell phones! How Rude… What has happened to us as a society when we all think our ‘electric devices’ are more precious than the actual person sitting next to us? A Pretty sad scenario of what is happening to us indeed! But, hey, at least the employees at Blaine Park Dental were friendly & made me feel welcome. Thanks Team!

I checked Park Dental Blaine reviews to see if anyone else had been treated rudely by office staff and found many! Kim was extremely rude to me accusing me of not filling in any info when I scheduled an appt on-line. I filled in everything that was asked so there must be something wrong with their on-line scheduling system where the data isn't being loaded correctly. I then received emails from three different Park Dental locations with appointments at three different times. I called Kim back and was again treated rudely. She told me to call all of the other locations to see why I received emails from them. She said it was probably because I didn't fill in a phone number or birth date when I scheduled the appt. When I explained to her that I did fill in everything including a phone number and birth date, she told me to just ignore the emails from the other offices then.

This is a great dental office. This has been the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff are friendly. The hygenist is friendly, helpful, and through. The team of doctors here are thorough and do a great job!

I get my 6month cleanings here, and have had several fillings put in or fixed before and they did a great job. I would and have recommended this to anyone.

Absolute awful experience. Do not go to this dentist. You feel like you are on a conveyor belt and all they care about is money. Then, if you try to get an appointment in a timely manner; don't even waste your time. It will take 7 months to get in. The practice manager is extremely rude and threatening. So, is her staff for that matter. Next, they threaten to send you to collections over a $46 cancellation fee when that is against MN Statute to do so. You can not send someone to collections over a disputed charge when services were not rendered. They were extremely rude to my husband as well. I wish I could upload a couple of the phone messages I received from this office, you would be appalled!! We have transferred our care to a small dental office in Anoka, and they actually care about their patients. Stay far far away!

Park Dental is the Tires Plus of dentists: they will sell you things you don't need.
I stopped taking my kids here after one dentist told me that my son needed 4 fillings, and after a second examination, was determined that he didn't need any. I had similar experiences with my other kids, too.
Although the staff is very friendly, I feel the business is more self-serving than looking for what is best for the patient.

I want to give a big shout out to Joy, the receptionist who took my call at Park Dental Blaine. She received my call with that rare compassion and understanding that is largely missing in our world. Then, she called me back to see if I had heard from my doctor, yet, so we could proceed! Her concern was amazing and she worked hard to get me in as soon as possible. In addition to the great care I received from Joy, Dr. Robb Kozlowski provided equally excellent service. He is the kind of dentist that explains procedures well and informs you about the research. He fixed my problem and left me feeling so confident in the great care I received at Park Dental Blaine. Thank you Park Dental!

Great experience. Have not had the work done yet but, so far I'm extremely happy with Dr. Thompson and everyone at the clinic. Very clean & friendly people. Never had such a great dental experience. Would totally recommend this clinic. Had my work done and am extremely happy with Dr. Thompson. I have had a lot of work in my life and have NEVER had a dentist like him. He cares and is logical. Had a tooth that needed a HUGE filling. 3 other dentists never addressed this tooth. Now, it's all taken care of. He is THE BEST!!!!

My family and I have been going to Park Dental for over 25 years! They are so efficient, caring and professional! I especially want to thank Erin for coming in just to help with my procedure- not everyone would do that and it is truly appreciated! She is calm, easy to be around and oh so wonderful at her job!! Dr Thompson is wonderful, too-! He cares about his patients and never rushes anyone-very efficient! Great Job Park Dental Blaine!!
