I struggle a lot with dental anxiety. Here, I have only been met with kindness and generosity. First of all, I was not expecting to sit in a massage chair. This definitely helped in easing my anxiety, but it truly was the understanding and friendliness of who was taking care of my teeth that made the most difference. Dr. Satbir Brar is so kind, and he only strives to do the best work. I am honestly so relieved to have found a dentist that I feel comfortable and confident with. Keep it up!!!

Point Family Dentistry was recommended to me. I commuted 25 miles for my appointments and have no regrets. It has a modern office. The front end staff are very professional and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. Also, the staff and doctors are long term dedicated professionals with training in the latest dental technology. I give special thanks to Dr Dana Isaacson and Assistant for the great job on repairing three chipped teeth with crown replacements. They gave me back my smile. I strongly recommend this clinic. So thankful to have found Point after moving up to MN. My husband and I had trouble scheduling an appointment to find a new dentsit (we reached out to several offices via phone/email with no response) but Point called me within 30 minutes of me filling out the online form! Everyone was so kind and safe with COVID precautions. My hygienist (Jenna) was so good about showing me my xrays, talking to me about my teeth so that I knew more about what was going on, and just fun to talk to. Everyone was so willing to explain things to me and talk me through options to better care for my teeth.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. Jenna is wonderful - personable and very thorough. Dr. Wallace is great- very thorough also and knowledgeable. They have adopted the Covid-19 processes, the office was extremely clean, the hygienist and dentist were totally protected and it was very easy to be comfortable and not fearful while getting my teeth cleaned and checked.

Only thing they fixed since the turn over of employees is the new Dr. He was great. But they just aren’t what they used to be when it was the original group. I’ve always received nitrous before a filling. They now decided that it’s going to cost $50 extra. I have one more visit with them and then I’ll be looking elsewhere, which is a shame since I’ve been a customer for 25 years or so.

The entire team was so friendly and welcoming. The office itself is pleasant and clean, there was cleaning technology I hadn't experienced at any prior dentistry clinics. Very happy I found this place, my teeth deserve the best!

This was my first visit to this dental clinic, and I am very impressed. Everyone is polite and prompt. I especially liked the use of technology to explain X-ray and photo findings during the exam. Dr Brar is an excellent dentist.

Dr. Brar told me I had 5 cavities. I got a second opinion from another dentist who looked at the same x-rays and said I had 0 cavities.

Every person from Kim, Wendy and Dr. Wallace were very hospitabe and nice. However, I know that the office has gone through alot of change and so not all personnel were familiar with the business processes which caused a slow down in the check out process. Wendy the hygenist, was friendly and did a nice job cleaning my teeth, however, not all of the equipment was working correctly. The ultrasonic water tool to remove plaque leaked and I got water over my face and shirt. Wendy also had to replenish water to rinse my teeth. Dr. Wallace was very cordial and did a good job of inspecting my teeth. I certainly will continue to go to Point Family Denistry as I'm sure these issues will be fixed.

Our granddaughter age 8 was visiting from Montana and had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Dana and his staff were wonderful with a scared little girl. We love Point Family Dentistry!
