This is my first time writing a review for anything, but after receiving the best experience at a dental office, the least I could do is write a well deserved review.
The building interior was nice, clean, and everything looked new. The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles, and not to mention they even had a Keurig machine and offered water bottles. They do whatever they can to keep you comfortable. I kid you not the seat I sat in was a massage chair (not all of them have massage chairs, I was just lucky), and on top of that I was offered a plush throw blanket.
My dentist assistant was Carla. She isn't your typical boring dental assistant that only does her "job" and then makes you sit awkwardly in a chair in silence while you wait for the Dr. to examine you. Carla will actually talk to you and maybe even strike an appropriate but personal conversation with you.
My dentist was Dr. Timothy J. Isaacson who did a fabulous job at explaining what was going on without hammering you with jargon. Most importantly, he did a great job at extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He made it quick and simple.
Point Family Dentistry all over was more than satisfactory, it was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is basically new dentists and new staff. Bad experience also. Wallace did root canal on front tooth. No antibiotics given. Got infection in it. Then ordered me antibiotics. Tooth has now broken off. Pulling records and going somewhere else. This is NOT Pointe Dentistry we all know.

Less than one star. Very unhappy with the result of my visit. When I made the appointment I was told my record would be reviewed. When actually happened at my appointment, was I was given a referral. I'm in pain with a swollen face. The referral was to an office that is not in my network nor open Friday afternoons. Won't go back.

Dr. Wallace and his team were amazing. They were able to get me in as a new patient with an emergent need. Now I'm getting the whole family in to see them and can't wait to see what they can do for all of us!!!

My 17 year-old daughter was terrified of dentists from some bad dental experiences. She needed a root canal and a dentist friend recommended we come to Point Dentistry for sedation dentistry. She walked in petrified. The professional staff took over. Peg offered a tour of the office which relaxed her. They figured out a way to get x-rays (she hadn't had any in years, fears) which didn't require the usual equipment in her mouth. Her first few sedation appointments were still terrifying and S-L-O-W because of her many fears. Dr. Tim, Carla and Jamee were amazing and patient beyond belief. Then today.....a breakthrough. She came in for a 3 ½ hour sedation appointment but did it in just 2 hours WITHOUT sedation. They earned her trust and mine. This staff knows how to work with the most fearful patients, bringing top notch professionalism and extraordinary dental work.

I've known Dr. Tim Isaacson and the PFD staff since I was a child, and now my husband and I continue to go there for excellent care. The staff are always willing to work alongside you to make a plan, and the office combines many aspects of health care in the dental check up. Carla, Lisa, Jamie, and Krista (just to mention a few) are always so kind and positive. Carla greets us every time with genuine smiles and always stops to catch up. PFD doesn't just feel like the dentist to us-it feels like visiting family who just happen to care for your teeth. We would recommend this dentist office to anyone.
