This was my first time at Maple Brook Dental and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The clinic itself was very clean. I really liked Lisa who was my dental hygienist. She was super sweet and made it a very good experience overall unlike other clinics where I we would sit in awkward silence. I didn’t have any cavities or many oral concerns so my time was limited with Dr. Lam but him and his staff were all amazing. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this clinic!

Lisa was great with my cleaning. She explained the care, was conversational and friendly. The customer service is very friendly and I liked that they will call and remind you if you are due for a cleaning. I would definitely recommend the service here.

Interesting that they have plenty of 5 review stars. I wanted to try this clinic because it was close to home. I submitted an online request for an appointment. No call for over a week. Still no call. Unusual for a clinic to not follow up on requests. I just called their office during business hours. No one answers. Red flags. Guess we’ll just stick to our usual clinic.
