Excellent and friendly dentists and stellar staff. I have had the pleasure of working with the dentists at the Champlin location for a little over a year now. After a gingivectomy, multiple fillings, an extraction and some other minor work. I could not be happier I found them. They were the first dentists to listen to me about the issues I had been having with my gums for more than 15 years and they helped me. They explained everything they were doing, answered my questions and were warm and professional. I won't be going anywhere else!

I have completed my Invisalign with Dr Fehresti, I am beyond disappointed with my results. I have overcrowding and overbite, I feel like I should have had an extraction for desired outcome. The doctor drilled the sides of my teeth for space and we proceeded with the Invisalign treatment. This didn’t make much of a change, I voiced a concern that we needed more space that I still had overcrowding, he insisted that he was going by what the scan told him and according to that we didn’t need anymore space.
I was less that pleased with the final results and he was rushed so he didn’t do a good job of removing all my attachments since I still feel gritty stuff on my teeth when running my around across my teeth, I also did not get the complimentary whitening that is customary after orthodontic service. I spend $$$$ of dollars and now I have to go somewhere else to have extraction of teeth and traditional braces.
I like the practice it’s a nice place with friendly staff, I just wish the doctor took more time with the patients and address their concerns and listen to them.
I am now stuck with retainers that cost $460 that I won’t need it use. Waste of money

Needs to focus on patient comfort and education rather than business growth and making money. The staff (though kind) felt rushed, distracted and stressed out. Ridiculous mistakes and oversights were made. Communication was sub par. If pain is a concern to you go elsewhere. This place is paranoid to the point of neglect and didn't want to prescribe narcotics for post surgery recovery. Utterly insane. With all the positive reviews I really had high hopes. Very disappointed. Do your research and spend extra to be taken proper care of. It's your mouth not an oil change. You really don't have to suffer.

I had a tooth extracted and it turns out I had a bone spur on one side they packed it like it was dry socket finally went back and told him to take an x-ray that's when they saw the bone spur one week later I was back for another one. On the 15th of March I had another tooth extracted which caused me extreme pain all weekend ended up in the emergency room with a major infection and having to have pain meds to help me get through until I could get into the dentist. I have never had a problem ever with any dentist until this one. I am losing work just to go in to see what is going on so I would not recommend going to this place

Dr. Fehresti is the best orthodontist that I had the pleasure to deal with. He was patient with me and helped me work through all my concerns with my teeth. I wholeheartedly appreciate him as well as his staff for giving me the most amazing Invisalign experience. I strongly recommend Twin Cities Dental to anyone looking for overall dental care.

Went here for Invisalign. Front desk ladies are nice. The dentist himself was not personable, fast and seems like he didn’t care slightly what your had/have to say. My teeth are better looking, yes, but they are not perfect. For how much money I spent they should be perfect, right?! That’s what I went for. Actually looking at a better place to get my teeth done again, Which is a joke. They try to tell me I was done with my trays, when I still had a gap in my front row teeth. Demanded I pay my remaining balance, which they should call ahead of time, if it’s extraordinarily amount of money, ya know, not no walking around money amount. I suggest finding somewhere else to get your Invisalign.

Nice office and friendly staff. They said I needed a filling and two crowns. Which if that's what I need fine, except I didn't have that kind of money or insurance. They were pushing their payment plan pretty hard. I ended up waiting a year and a half to go to a new dentist once I received dental insurance. After all that time I was told I only needed two very small fillings, and they couldn't believe I was told that I needed to crowns.

I had a broken tooth and the office was able to get me in the same day. Dr. Goldsmith is the Best! Painless and efficient. So appreciate the cheerful environment and talented professionals/staff. Also love being able to watch TV during the procedure!! Great Office

Friendly staff, they do great work, very thorough in their work. Sometimes, not always they run a little behind in their appointments about 5-10 min wait on my last visit. Dr. Fehresti is great, gets the job done and you are on your way!

Very nice staff, they make you feel very comfortable and they do great work. I'm very happy with the care I've had. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist and I'm overcoming it thanks to the staff.
