I absolutely Love going here! It’s a welcoming bright atmosphere. I rarely have to wait long at my appointments and it seems like I’m in and out in a timely manner. Karen at the front desk is the absolute best and kindest! She’s so personable and when I schedule appointments by phone she knows it’s me and always greets me with a warm tone. And the dentists are great at their jobs and listen to you. Thanks everyone at cloquet dental for being kind and great at what you do!

I've been going here for years. They're the best. Very kind, very helpful. I wouldn't change dentists, even if they weren't in network with my insurance. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist are all extremely friendly.

I've been getting dental work done with Dr. Ludwig for years. He is great to work with and the staff and hygienists are all very polite and easy to work with. Appointments are also reasonable and very quick.

The whole team here is great. I've been going to this dentist for years. As a child, I had a bad experience elsewhere and was terrified of the dentist. I actually look forward to teeth cleanings now. All the hygienists know you by name and remember details about your life and family. The dentist likewise. They're great at what they do, and very warm and friendly. The staff doesn't change much, either, so it must be a nice place to work.

I got dental work done here years ago, with which they mixed up my insurance information and tried to bill me the full amount, and ended up getting an emergency root canal. Unfortunately, that same tooth broke just recently, so you'd think the people who did the root canal for me would be able to help with any complications from it later on, right? Apparently not, as when I asked I was no longer on file and the current dentist was "not accepting any new patients" even though I had worked with them before. I would not mind if this was the only thing, but the woman who answered would talk over me and hung up without so much as a sorry or goodbye. I understand that emergency situations are hard to accommodate, but a little professionalism goes a long, long way.

Very rude office staff!!! Had an appointment, called to reschedule, never got a call back. Finally get ahold of them to be told that they refuse to make an appointment. Then they are extremely rude on the phone and hang up on me. Do NOT go here until they replace the office staff!!!!!
