They let me sit in pain for a hour while running my insurance without any other customers in the store before deciding to numb me.
After figuring out my insurance they then took care of my tooth & I left painless. The dr. Was nice while working on my tooth kept asking if I was okay & making sure I was comfortable.

I brought both of my kids into the office and Dr. Maldonado and the assistant, Nepin were amazing! The kids were laughing and didn't seem scared at all. Dr. Maldonado and team did a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable during the entire visit. :)

Everyone at this office is so incredibly nice they got me in and out and even provided me a payment plan. Definitely recommend five out of five stars.

I love this place. Every member of the staff is awesome. From the front desk staff to the dentists....everyone is so nice. I love the technology they use for cleanings and they offer payment plans with no interest. My husband doesn't mind going either...and thats saying something.

Absolutely wonderful! They took me in without an appointment because of a concern I had with one of my teeth and provided very proffesional, thorough, and compassionate care. Dr. Nazarian and her staff were understanding, took the time to explain the process and well trained in their respective areas. I don't hand out compliments easily but in this case I would highly recomend Columbia Heights Denistry to anyone looking for great dental care and where you don't feel like just a number!

If you want to spend over 3 grand for 2 crowns just have them fall out this is the place for you. First crown fell out a few weeks after it was placed. Had them fix it only to be a few months out and have the 2nd one fall out. Have had pain on that side of my face since they did work. Do not recommend this place.

I am absolutely terrified when even thinking about going to the dentist. Today was an emergency and i needed a tooth pulled. The entire staff was AMAZING! DR. Nipa Kulenkamp and crew were so kind and understanding of my fear. I was able to play my music on YouTube and when a tool was involved, she let me know to turn up the volume and they sang with me. This is not my regular dentist but i can guarantee that it will be for now on.

I am a severely anxious person when it comes to seeing the dentist. I have put off going to the dentist for so long because of multiple bad experiences in my past. Today I saw Dr. Kulenkamp and am beyond impressed with her talent as being a dentist. Not only was she very good and gentle with every single thing she did, but was so caring about me and my being comfortable through the whole appt. I felt she genuinely cared about my past and wanted to make this experience good. I have never had a dentist like her and would follow her to the ends of the earth.😁 She also was wanting to make sure the affordability of everything worked good with me and the best way to optimize my insurance.
Also, the financial team is so willing to work with me and my Dental insurance and figure out the best route to go. Never felt any judgement or anything on explaining how hard it is to come up with the payments to all procedures that need to be done.
Hands down best dental clinic I’ve been to and best dentist I’ve ever seen.

What a world of difference in Dentistry! The staff at Columbia Heights Dentistry is absolutely wonderful! From the two smiling women that greet you behind the scheduling desk to the Dental assistant to José the Dentist. For someone that has severe Dentaphobia (fear of dentists) they have been a huge comfort and are so very understanding. How we found them was a complete blessing. My husband had a massive toothache and our regular dentist didn't do emergency calls so we called nearest dental emergency clinics near us and top of the list was Columbia Heights Dentistry, so we called them. At 6:45pm and their office closing at 7pm I was highly doubtful they would be able to see my husband but they just said "let's get that pain and tooth taken care of, how soon can you be here?" .I was amazed! They have been so good to us we switched permanently over to.them and couldn't be more pleased in doing so. They have taken a lot of the fear off dentist visits away and that is a huge relief off our shoulders and mind. Thank you Columbia Heights Dentistry, all of you-for being so incredibly Amazing!!
