Found this dentist in an emergency situation, have never left. The office staff and clinic staff are all kind, considerate, and caring. They make it feel like an old school style dentist. Like it used to be, they know the patients and you are welcomed when you come in. Will be sticking with them as long as they are here.

My family of 4 just moved to the area and were looking for a new dental office. I was referred to Shepard Family Dentistry by my insurance company. I appreciate for a small office with just a few employees, how exceptional the care was. During my cleaning Katlyn used a small camera to take a picture of my cracked tooth to show me and Dr. Shepard told me I needed a crown to fix my tooth. He has a machine that makes the crown in one visit. Super cool!! Shout out to the front desk for checking with my insurance before I came in, so I knew how much I needed to pay that day. I will see you in 6 months!

Dr. Shepard has repeatedly been intimidating to me, does not like to be questioned, and gets angry easily. I concur with the 1 star reviews near the bottom, given approximately a year ago. The prices of the services are high and you are not given many options. He is not friendly and I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone.
**UPDATE 4/30/19** This is a valid review despite your attempt to discredit it. I do not write many bad reviews (take a look at my history), and unfortunately you will see you are one of the few. To those looking, take a look at approximately 1 year ago and see those 1 star reviews. I am not the only person that ran across serious problems with this dentistry.
