I am writing this review from an odd circumstance. However, this is a small area and it is worth noting. It is hard to come by a decent dentist in the area without driving many, many miles. This office has been good in many ways to us and their treatment, recommendations and technology are great. The business end However lacks compassion and there is no honor of the "family" system for them. We had been going here for two years until my husband passed and as did his health insurance and dental coverage. When I scheduled my daughter for a cleaning, they turned us away, even though I would pay out of pocket, because we were now on state dental. This is a business over patient health scenario if I have ever seen one. Committing to a dentist as a family shouldn't be this difficult. We have now been marginalized. I hope they can find a way to remedy this as other families insurance policies change and life happens in general.

They have always taken such good care of myself and my family! My son went for the first time two years ago when he was three, and they did such a good job of keeping him calm and excited about being there. Dr. Jensen and Jade were amazing. I struggle with anxiety when in the "chair" and they made me feel so comfortable. They told me everything they were doing and they paused when I needed breaks. They were very patient and kind. If you need someone to cater to your cowardice, they are your team! I didn't know that it was possible to feel pampered at a dentist appointment until I scheduled with the lovely ladies at Renu after being frustrated with my old provider for the last time. The office is tasteful and modern, the methods and equipment up-to-date, and the staff are great about letting me know what is going on with my teeth. Talk about great and friendly environment. So warm and welcoming and address any and all concerns you may have. Isn't the traditional dentist office feeling where you want to run and hide, you actually look forward to going to the dentist! My 5 year old also likes coming with me and loves to say hello to all the ladies there. Seriously only have good things to say. They've fit me in when I've had a dental emergency and genuinely care that you get the best treatment there.
