I had a very wonderful experience at Aspen Dental! The office manager, Nicki, explained all of my options very thoroughly and was so helpful. Dr. Tiff was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Jessie did an amazing job with a teeth cleaning and recommended excellent products. All of their staff were so kind and I would highly recommend!

I can not praise the entire crew at Aspen Dental in Duluth, MN enough. I have been postponing a dental appointment for awhile…years…a decade, if I’m being honest. But when I thought I chipped a tooth, I knew it was time to put my big girl pants on and make an appt. They offer free X-rays to first time customers and you are able to meet with a hygienist as well as a dentist and someone sits down and explains what your plan of care will be and will cost. Everyone was so kind and made me feel like they truly cared about my comfort. I think it’s common for most people to be anxious about Dentist Visits but if you are considering a new dentist and stumble across this, I urge you to contact Aspen Dental Immediately. You won’t regret it. Thanks again to the entire staff!

I went here to get a cleaning and a check up. I got there and I ended up only getting a check up. My insurance was not covered here so I ended up moving to a different dentist. This is when Aspen Dental became very unprofessional. I understand everyone is understaffed at this point, but I had asked them to send over my x-rays weeks before my other dentist appointment. The day of my dentist appointment I receive a call saying they still did not send over the x-rays. So very unprofessional and rude to not even let me know when or why they were not sending them over weeks ago! Then I get to my new dentist and they say the x-rays that Aspen Dental sent couldn't even be used because the quality of the pictures were terrible. And there was no point in even sending them over because the pictures were microscopic and could not even see what you were suppose to be looking at. I had so many issues with Aspen dental and I honestly don't think I will recommend anyone to go there because of how inconsistent and uncommunicative they are to their guests/customers.

I recently stopped in here for the free exam. Before doing so I read all of the reviews, both negative and positive, and applied some of the comments to my experience. This is a pretty new outfit in town and despite that seems incredibly busy. After having stopped I can confidently say that some of the complaints are unwarranted in large part because they are the result of this particular location being so busy - which you cannot entirely blame an up and coming business for especially during a work shortage after a pandemic. I was really impressed by how thorough the FREE exam was - the medical AND administrative staff was professional and had great customer service. I compared the price quote they gave me to other locations for the same service and found their quote was comparable. The only (constructive) criticism I would give is that they obviously need more staff and if they cant find them they should offer the existing staff retention pay at some point for maintain such good service despite having so much on their plate. They seemed like a great team. 5/5

This was our inaugural visit as new residents of Duluth. My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism and friendly demeanor of the staff. It was evident that they genuinely like their work environment and everybody just resonates competence. As for our teeth, they received the most thorough examination they've ever had.

I went here today for a emergency exam. It was my first time. I was so nervous being pregnant and having a swollen face/ tooth pain. All the staff were so helpful from the front desk to the dentists. Dr. Tiffany made me feel comfortable and told me my treatment plan clearly. Even though I wish they took M.A they were able to work with me. Im really thankful for aspen dentals caring and nice attitude and grateful they were able to get me in so quick for an appointment.
