I am deadly afraid of the dentist and the Aspen staff were wonderful. They kept asking me If I was okay and needed anything. The staff were professional and polite from the beginning to the end of my visit. I will definitely reccomend Aspen Dental to all.

I was terrified of dentists. However, the whole office staff, hygienist, and doctor at Aspen Dental made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They went over my x-rays with me, answered all my questions, explained what needed to be done, the costs, and let me decide what I wanted to have done and when. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially if you are afraid of going to the dentist like I was.

I've had a wisdom tooth extraction appointment rescheduled multiple times. Today was supposed to be the day, but they refuse to do it because of past medical history of drug addiction from when i was a teenager and I'm in my 20's now and sober for 3+ years. They claim they wouldn't be comfortable with it (even though the old primary dentist here was willing to work with me and get this done but he moved). Now they're trying to get me to spend WAY MORE money by going to a dental surgeon. I dont have insurance because it wont cover it here and i just cant do it. Preferred the other dentist way better.

I thought Aspen Dental was gonna be just what i needed i was so excited to finally have a place that was nice, gonna work with me and allow me to smile again. I scheduled my appointment to get my teeth pulled i get a call the day before the appointment and they say we need at least a $200 payment before we can do this appointment. Okay so i cancelled and called back when i had the $200. Made the payment and scheduled my appointment. Waited a month and a half for my appointment to come up and the day before my appointment they call and say we cant do a payment plan so ummm you will have to pay $3000 before your appointment Tomorrow. So i cancelled and asked for a refund on May 17th. I was told they would cut me a check and it would take 3-5 business days and we would have the check. Waited the 3-5 business days and called back today on may 28th at 8:30 am. Receptionist says i dont see a refund but i know she did it right away. Let me have her look into it and call you back. At noon still no call back so i call Aspen Dental again, tell them who i am and that i am checking on the status of my refund. The receptionist says oh didnt she call you back oh okay well she left for the day so let me ask this person. That person then gets on the phone and says i looked at your account and the refund was definitely issued it should be back on your card in 3-5 business days but with the holiday im sure they are backed up! Excuse me but this refund was supposedly requested a week ago. Horrible experience and I will never go back as my whole experience is now ruined.

Started my care at an Aspen Dental out of state,moved here to get married. They got me in 2 days before my wedding with hardly any notice!! The whole place knew I was getting married,shows how much they do care!These people are Rock Stars!!! Amazing,friendly,and really do care about patients!!

This place is ABSOLUTLY amazing!! Its very clean and organized. The staff is so friendly. They have great financial options to help get the dental care you need. They also give great referrals to make sure you get the smile you've always wanted. Im one of thoose people who hated going to the dentist but since I started going here I love it. They make sure to get the work done fast you dont have to wait months and they are very gentle. I leave there everytime with any and all my questions answered and an affordable treatment plan. I always leave feeling great. They are just super sweet and all around amazing.
