I want to be clear my dentist was nice here, the front office staff is incompetent. I was a long time customer from the Twin Cities, and when Park Dental opened up I transferred to them. I was not happy with the front office. Staff talked to me in a demeaning manner and the person I dealt with could not give me a straight answer. The person when I asked to schedule my next appointment told me, "no we need to clean things up here." When I asked what that was she could not give me a straight answer. Ethically they cannot do that as full disclosure of what I owe needs to be disclosed to me, secondly I asked to talk with a manager and they told me they could not do that. I am an educated person so I went over their head and next thing I had a bill. Need new and better front office staff here.

I haven't been to a dentist in years. I finally got up the nerve to make an appointment. I was scared to death. But when I got in the office everything was fine. The dental assistant Penny really made me feel comfortable . Then the dentist came in Tim. All my worries were gone. No pain. I will be seeing them on a regular basis.

I am a recovering addict on methadone, and I was having extreme pain from an impacted wisdom tooth. Those who have had this problem knows how much it hurts and the nurse who saw me was absolutely rude, telling me things like to stop the theatrics. I ended up going to the hospital down at the main u for emergency extraction, and they told me that if I hadn't gone to there (the main u) I could have died from the infection. So thank you park dental for treating me like human trash because I am in recovery. If you are like me then go somewhere else.

They were prompt in scheduling me, hearing my concerns, and Dr. Timothy Langguth was thorough, kind, and explained the procedure and what he was doing in a simple and effective way. I highly recommend Park Dental, and will be returning for all of my future dental needs.

My sister called to get the okay to get a tooth pulled. They said it wasn’t a problem and that they would call in case there were complications. I took her there, thinking she would need help getting home after getting a tooth pulled (running late to work, I’ll add) and she was in the dental office about 20 minutes and comes out crying. All they told her was that they wanted another orthodontists opinion. They charged her over a hundred dollars for this. I was furious and she was extremely disappointing. We went elsewhere and they took care of it right away.

The people at Downtown Dental are really great. They get you an appointment as quickly as they are able, they try to make you as comfortable as they can while you're there, they are skillful in their work and they approach each client with kindness and respect. They are thoughtful about the details, like making sure your parking receipt gets validated. I also appreciate that they have a sense of humor, which can make the dental atmosphere less daunting.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! Very friendly staff and Dr. Hedin's dentistry and customer service is unlike anywhere else I have been before. I used to have dentophobia and thanks to the friendliness and professionalism in his office, that is no longer the case. Also, I recently had teeth extracted through Northern Oral Surgery (Dr. Hedin's great recommendation) and sustained damage to a molar in front of the extracted wisdom tooth (which is common, especially since it was already damaged) only to have Dr. Hedin repair and make it more whole than it was before. Fantastic quality and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Hedin is a wonderful Dentist! Despite the fact that I have had my fair share of teeth problems it is nice to know there is a professional in Duluth that is knowledgeable and skilled in dentistry. Not to mention that he is incredibly patient when explaining why and how a procedure needs to be done. During the procedure he was cautious and continually checking to make sure that I was doing ok. I would and do recommend him to anyone looking for a new Dentist.
