1) Jocylyn takes care of Bethany (wife) and I. Besides her being excellent, it is great to have and keep a family-like contact.
2) The relationship helps to combat dental phobia.
3) The waiting area contains certificates from vvolunteer work. Even though I see the dentist for about 45 seconds, I think highly about her because of her community work.
4) Everyone is smiley and nice (front desk, everyone).

I went to Gallery Dental because I had a filling for a chipped front tooth fall off. I called and made an appointment to get it fixed. When I made the appointment they did not tell me that they would not be able to fix my tooth the day of the appointment or that it was just an initial appointment so, I had my mom take off work to watch my kids so I could go. I got there and found out they would not be able to fix my tooth that day. Then they did an x-ray of my tooth and the doctor came in and said my tooth had sustained trauma (I chipped it biting into a cracker), and that I needed a root canal and a crown. They were all ready to send me to an endodontist from one x-ray and a three minute exam by the doctor. I thought this was odd because I had no pain, swelling or discoloration and because I had been to a dentist a year and a half ago with the same chipped tooth who had taken x-rays and had not said anything about my tooth dying. I decided to see another dentist that my mom recommended. He looked at the x-ray they took and did additional testing (electric pulp testing) and said that my tooth was alive and responded similarly to surrounding teeth. He saw no reason for a root canal. At best Gallery Dental performed poor dentistry and at worst they were trying to take advantage of a patient. I do not recommend them.

The entire team is awesome! I don’t always have the same hygienist and yet EVERYONE knows my history. They are all kind and genuine from the front desk to the “medical” team all the way to billing.
