Lake Dental

Lake Dental is one of the best provider’s of professional dental services in St Louis County. Having been referred to Lake Dental from a friend in Duluth, I feel that this has been one of the best dental offices and experiences I have been able to use in my lifetime. How good is the service? Good enough to drive over 2 hours just for a routine cleaning and exam.

The comfortable atmosphere, the services available, and the quality of care are just a few reasons why you should choose to receive your dental care here. If you are looking for another dental office or new to the Duluth area I would highly recommend Lake Dental.

Dr. LaCosse is an amazingly skilled and compassionate dentist! I am so grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and kindness! Not only has he fixed my teeth and smile, but he also fixed my bite so I no longer experience frequent headaches. The entire staff at Lake Dental is excellent! I am so pleased to be a Lake Dental patient!

I had my first appointment at Lake Dental today, and I am so happy to be a new patient here! The equipment amazed me, the staff was genuinely nice, and everything was explained throughout the process - from simple to complex, in a way I could understand.

I am very apprehensive when it comes to going to the dentist, but I had heard really good things about Lake Dental and I am so glad I decided to drive the 3 hours to see them.
The whole experience was the best I’ve ever had at a dentist. The whole staff was super friendly and they explained everything to me beforehand and made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done.
Something else that made me realize I had made the right decision to go to Lake Dental was the fact that I had a new patient appointment scheduled in late February but I had a crown fall off and was in pain so I called to see if I could be put in a cancellation list to see Dr LaCosse sooner, well they called me right back and because I was in pain they didn’t want me to wait a month to be seen so they fit me in right away, I was so grateful.
I can’t say enough about Dr LaCosse and his team, it is totally worth the 3 hour drive to feel comfortable and have complete confidence in a dentist!

It is surprising to me to be able to say a dental visit is a pleasant experience, but that is the case at Lake Dental. I realized yesterday that I no longer dread "going to the dentist." Thanks to Dr. La Cosse and his staff for making this the case.

I’m so happy with my experiences with this dental office. I feel so strongly that they want nothing but the best for their patients, whether it’s just a check up, dental work, or cleaning. The whole office staff is so friendly, and most importantly, respectful of any fears you may have(like I did)and answer any questions. Dr. LaCosse is not only a great dentist, but his “gift” for cosmetic dentistry is amazing. If nothing else, go in for a consultation. You won’t regret it.

Joleen was absolutely amazing. Too bad my insurance is no longer accepted. I am looking for a new dentist.

After a bad experience with another dentist over 15 years ago, I thought I’d always get sick to my stomach merely calling for an appointment, let alone going in for even routine visits and cleanings. Dr. LaCosse has always been gentle and kind, along with the entire staff, and has totally transformed my view of dental care. My children also have had wonderful experiences since they were old enough to “get their teeth counted“, and we are so thankful for everyone who always makes us feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.

I first saw the advertisement a few years ago, and said, that’s where I’m going, as it’s hard for me to go to the dentist. Well this is the best place to get help with that!!
Everyone there is so awesome, happy, loving, and caring, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate all they did for me.
