This office has incredibly friendly and considerate staff that are always excited to see me on my routine cleanings. I have been going to Mount Royal Dental for a few years. I am very pleased with how friendly everyone is there. I have had many procedures like caps, root canal, fillings, cleanings, etc. They always make you comfortable during the procedure and I have never had a bad experience during or afterwards. I really like the service providers! Dr. Zelen was amazing with my daughters laser revision on her lip and tongue ties!
For myself and my other daughter the dental tech was SO amazing with my nervous 4 year old and made sure she was ok the entire time! Totally 5 stars!
The administrative staff doesn't meet up to this same quality. Lots more work if you need things from that department. This for me is a 3 stars. It's taken months for paperwork! Not a big deal if you aren't needing funds to be reimbursed in a certain time frame.
