5/31/2019 Adding to my previous review. I have never had a dentist like Dr. Heidi Spoelhof and an assistant like Rebecca. I actually enjoy having dental work. They are compassionate and empathetic and treat each patient as an individual knowing their needs. I recommend them to everyone looking for a dentist. Also I must note Dr. Spoelhof has the gift of the right tactile skills some dentist just don't have that skill . Thank you again

I started seeing Dr. Haugen after my own dentist of 43 years retired. I couldn't be happier or more comfortable with the care of him and his staff. Not many people like going to the dentist, and people like Dr. Haugen make it actually enjoyable.

As always, a good experience. I walk in, and I'm processed immediately. I usually sit for about two minutes, and then I'm ushered into the back--and nothing bad has ever happened there. In fact, only good things: the hygienists always treat me well and do a very good job. Dr. Finch is OK too--for a dentist ;^) Painless, enjoyable dentistry--what more can anyone ask for.

I selected this facility due to location and referral from family member. I had a cleaning today and some cavity repair done recently. In both instances I was clearly kept up to date as to what they were doing (as I obviously couldn't see) and they did an excellent job both explaining what they were going to do, what they were doing, and then what they did. My expectations were exceeded and I would recommend Piedmont Dental and will return for any other procedures I may need.

I called because of was having a lot of tooth pain and they got me right in, even though I had never been there before. The dentist found my issue right away and referred me to a specialist, getting me in the same day. I was only charged for the x-rays, which was a very nice surprise. I will be returning.
