Woodland Family Dental

Woodland family dental is a wonderful place to go for your dental needs. All of the staff from the Front desk, Assistants, Hygienists, Nurse Dave and Dr. Dan are fantastic. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Dan knows what he's doing and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and happy and have wonderful results for the more extensive work and repairs for your teeth. I had quite a bit of pain when I first contacted Woodland Family Dental and they were able to get me in quite quickly to figure out the problem and fixed it shortly after that. I highly recommend Woodland family dental. Thank you so much to the full team! You all are absolutely wonderful. I actually had fun at the dentist which is not something you can say at most dental offices.

I needed emergency dental work, pain was horrible, I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Root canal, I figured as much, scheduled for following day, Dr Dan . Nurse Dave and girls were totally professional, very friendly, informative and fun... made me feel at ease and I was in stress mode coming in.. Painless and efficient, done in no time, did not feel a thing. Kept my driver in the loop....I would recommend his work to any and all...Thanks for the great experience....

Best dentist visit I've ever had. I had 2 emergency root canals done, and a slight medical emergency occurred but they handled it perfectly, my teeth feel so much better. Definitely a better option than the community health center.
*Update: started at 5 stars, there's been pain since the work done on March 1st, had an appointment where I was told everything looked good in the xrays, 3 weeks later and now they won't take my calls or return messages to get in for an appointment, my mom can get though every time she calls and I can't get through after 2 weeks of calling. It's understandable that they're busy and overloaded with calls, but it's important to get an appointment when there's pain involved. Moving on to yet another dental clinic.

They seemed nice but the dentist didn't even bother taking a look in my mouth when I came to them with a broken tooth around 2 months ago. They made me wait over a month and a half to get in just to cancel on me the day before my procedure because I'm quoting "one of our staff members wanted to start their 4th of July vacation a day earlier" I made it clear to them from the beginning I have a high risk pregnancy and getting my tooth fixed asap was important to keep my pain level down and make sure infection doesnt cause issues as well, so I can focus on getting my baby and I as close to our due date as possible. I've read other reviews where they have canceled last second for staffs personal wants and it makes me sad a place who likes to brag about taking care of its patiences takes off on vacation when ever they want without any care what it may do to patience needing actual care in a timely manner. Now I have covid so getting my tooth taking care of and keeping infection at bay has to be pushed out longer because I am looking for another dentist to get me in. Not impressed at all.

I'm a recovering addict and was treated so shamefully at Woodland Family Dental. I will never go back or recommend them. The dentist and hygienist lack any type of empathy.

Updating review after 8 months: STILL receiving confirmation requests for appointments never scheduled months after telling them we would not be returning. Replied stop to the messages, called the office to take us off any and all communications, and yet still receiving messages for appointments that were not scheduled in the first place. They also billed our insurance for a cleaning that was stopped half way through because they “ran out of time.” Had to dispute the charge with my insurance company and only after my insurance company contacted them several times, did they remove the insurance submission. This is just a very poorly run “professional” business all the way around. ….. Very poor service. Arrived early for my daughter’s appointment, and was told they where 10-15 minutes behind. No problem with that and understandable. However, they were very disorganized, front desk person was on her personal cell and didn’t look up to acknowledge or welcome arrival. There was an issue with the insurance apparently and the front desk person came into my daughter’s exam room during her appointment with a note on a sticky note, to which the tech and her argued about what to do about it. My daughter asked if everything was okay, and she replied with a remark of “yes, unless we are going to have a problem?” The final problem was literally half way through my daughter’s cleaning the technician stopped snd said, “well, that’s all the time we have for today and we will have to reschedule.” Needless to say, we will not be rescheduling. Very unprofessional and rude. I wish I would have noticed all the 1 star reviews before sending my daughter here.

I have nothing but Great things to say about Woodland Family Dental along with their staff! Dr. Dan is always willing to listen and help! I have been there multiple times and will continue to keep going there.

Amazing service. Great staff and Dr. Dan is so nice and straight forward. Highly recommend. So appreciate them!!!

This place was amazing!! The best cleaning I've ever had. The people are super nice and they make me so safe and happy. Highly recommended!!
