Professional and compassionate staff, state of the art technology, and an amazingly quick appointment when I called in with a broken crown yesterday. By 7pm I was all set with a new crown and good to go.

Staff is friendly but unreliable clinic. My wife has got advanced gum treatment. We are given different treatment plans every time we visit the clinic. There is no correlation and co-ordination between plans &/treatments from the staff. One staff says previous staff has given false information. Other staff blames previous one and continues the story. I believe a staff member represents the clinic and there should be consistency between them. And also beware of their scheduling system. you will be given a time but their system will have something else.

My son and I both recently had cleaning and exams! My hygenist was friendly, very gentle, and thorough with my gum and teeth health. My son (with sensory sensitivity) LOVED Molldrem Family Dentistry! They did a great job making him comfortable and having TV with Satellite definitely makes the dentist fun!! I also love that they print tooth report cards with my sons picture and teeth, he is able to watch his feel fall out and watch his 'forever' teeth come in! A prize and balloon at the end of his visit was just icing on the cake! He loves the dentist! I have seen both dentist Dr. Molldrem and Dr. Fam, both are genuinely caring and I like that they give you options and not just tell you what they want you to do. They go over the benefits and risks of both options and let you be in charge of your care. We will definetly continue to go to Molldrem Family Dentistry!
