Their phone rings non stop. I left a message. After 2 hours, I called back. A rude woman answered the phone, couldn’t find my file because I was not their customer. Then she hung up on me. I am glad I am not with them!!!
Please don’t ask me to call back. If your front desk is unkind, and your phones go answered, maybe it’s time to get more staff at the front end.
