The visit I had with Aspen is by far the best dental office I have ever been to.
Everyone is friendly from the receptionist, dental technician, hygienist to the dentist. Very kind and compassionate group of people. I also was impressed with the equipment. It was incredible! Totally professional staff with a hometown comfort. Everyone was perfectly trained and efficient.

Ten out of ten! Highly recommend. Made the switch from southwest dental and I couldn’t be happier! Dr William Tran was phenomenal and clearly knew what he was doing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, actually looking forward to going back for cleaning and getting my teeth straightened. I have always hated the dentist, but Dr. Tran and staff make you feel extremely comfortable in addition to keeping you well informed on options and future procedures to keep your oral health A+

I have to say i was really skeptical about the "Aspen Dental" experience, but my worries went away after the amount of effort that went into my concerns of an extraction and how i was going to pay for it. It was a lot less than i thought even with my insurance and there were multiple options given to me rather than your typical this is all we got option and you have to take that. I enjoyed my experience here, and the dental assistants were very helpful in makin the post surgery clear and concise. I highly recommend this place.

Decided to try Aspen Dental since they were closer to home. Had a great experience and felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was thoroughly explained from the exam and through billing and what insurance would cover. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, overall a very pleasant experience

Aspen dental was very professional, respectful for my visit. It was a long time since I've seen a dentist. There was no judgements, which I was very nervous about. They gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to get done, no pressure at all what I was willing to do. Prices were up front, and let me know whatever I decided they were willing to work with. I was completely satisfied with my visit with all the welcome staff at aspen dental! Highly recommended.

They were very nice. The Dentist was very thorough and kind to his patients and staff; appreciating them for their hard work.
My only issue is I would have preferred my cleaning the same day instead of getting a quote for Invisalign and needing to go back for what I originally wanted. Not sure what that was about.
Probably won't go back though.

Dr. Will is extremely thorough, nice and FUNNY! Super, super nice staff! My husband was crabby about going but left in a good mood. They explained any and all options and was up front about costs.... AND his entire 1st visit was FREE!

Everyone was absolutely great including Dr. Tran. This was my youngest's first visit to a dentist that wasn't her pediatric dentist and she had to have 2 teeth pulled before getting braces put on. She's never even had a filling and she does have an anxiety disorder so new dentist, needles, the yanking of teeth omg I didn't think we'd get through it but she was awesome and it's because of how great the staff were with her. Dr. Tran even came out a couple of times to let me know what was going on and let me know how she's doing. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back!
